Helpful member of staff. I was looking for a jacket to wear for a wedding. The assistant offered me a top to wear underneath the jacket to see how it suited. Nothing too much trouble for her. I will definitely shop there again!

Delivery
The service, courtesy and helpfulness of the staff in your shop at Meadowhall could not be faulted. My friend chose a dress which was not stocked in her size, and arrangements were made to have it sent out, and how to return if not suitable.
My problem was with the delivery. It was sent to me, folded small into a polythene delivery bag. No box, no hanger, no apparent care. Too expensive to be sent like that. It was hung up immediately but still shows creases. My friend loves the dress, chosen for her wedding. I would have returned it. Hanging it is obviously not enough. How do we get the creases out?

Order arrived beautifully wrapped which made a pleasure to open. Clothes are lovely quality - but sized small so need to order size up. I needed to contact Phase Eight using the CHAT option - was quickly put through to Makayla who was a real person (!) and efficient and helpful, sorted my query out very quickly.

Loved the shop. Layout very good - plenty of room to look around. Bought a hat for my sons wedding - fair bit of choice but maybe some more hats rather than fascinators. Staff were friendly and got served straight away.

Amazing experience in the Worcester store

Excellent - Amazing Customer Service
Excellent and personable customer service provided by Laura and Hannah at the Wimborne store. Their approach was friendly and unhurried, and they could not have been more helpful to the mother of the bride in choosing an appropriate dress for a very difficult brief! They went above and beyond helping with choosing from so many different styles and fit to finding the right dress for me. Whilst online has its place, this kind of service can really be provided in person. Thank goodness we still have this store in Wimborne a massive thanks to Phase eight and their amazing staff :-)
