Phase Eight Rosada :Onprofessioneel en niet klantvriendelijk
Aangaande het filiaal in Rosada Fashion Outlet te Roosendaal: Koop hier vooral geen kleding als je twijfelt over je aankoop, want de retourvoorwaarden op de kassabon worden niet nageleefd. Op de bon staat duidelijk vermeld dat artikelen, met en zonder korting, binnen 14 dagen geretourneerd kunnen worden in het filiaal van aankoop. Toch werd onze terugbetaling geweigerd, terwijl wij binnen de termijn terugkwamen met de jurk en kassabon.
Wij zijn hiervoor een tweede keer teruggekomen op advies van het personeel, zodat dit met de manager opgepakt kon worden.
Hierom kwamen we de volgende dag terug, waarop we nog anderhalf uur op haar moesten wachten. De manager reageerde direct defensief en zei letterlijk dat zij de terugbetaling weigerde en dat het haar niet uitmaakte wat er op hun eigen kassabon staat. Ze stond er niet voor open om in gesprek te gaan om naar een oplossing te zoeken. De eerste keer gaf de verkoopster zelf toe dat zij niet had vermeld dat retourneren niet mogelijk zou zijn. De tweede dag werd deze uitspraak ontkent door de manager, de verkoopster zou het niet meer weten volgens haar. Volgens de manager wordt bij elke verkoop van kortingsartikelen benoemd dat retourneren niet mogelijk is, dit is dus niet waar! De verkoopster keek ons helaas niet meer aan en zei niet eerlijk wat ze de dag ervoor had toegegeven. Er lijkt sprake te zijn van angst voor de manager onder het personeel.

Having had a miserable experience with…
Having had a miserable experience with the website whilst trying to order shoes and handbag for our daughter’s wedding over the last two days (the site would not accept the order-despite trying many time with different devices and credit cards) I tried in desperation to use Chat Line. I was connected to Victoria - who was most helpful. She directed me to John Lewis online orders. Shoes and handbag purchased within minutes. Job Done!! Thank you Victoria.

The staff were very helpful . I was unable to order the dress online ( The St Andrews shop did not have the dress in stock ) They ordered it online for me which was very kind of them .
The dress arrived yesterday but I didn’t like it and the zip did not work properly so I will be returning the dress .

Very impressed with the St Albans…
Very impressed with the St Albans staff. Sales assistant picked out a dress I’d never have picked out myself, being set in my ways of what I thought suited me. It was close to closing time but both ladies were so helpful. Their service was how it used to be from years gone by before all this Internet shopping and High Street shops closing! Would highly recommend.

I bought and collected a cardigan at…
I bought and collected a cardigan at the Bury St Edmunds store. Tried it on in store and returned it straight away as the material was not great. However, having waited 10 days there was still no refund in my account and the refund hadn’t registered on my account. I contacted customer services who asked for a picture of my refund receipt and confirm confirmed that the refund had hadn’t been properly processed in store. I spoke with Bobi, who was very helpful, confirmed that the refund hadn’t gone through and swiftly process the refund before confirm confirming that the funds would appear in my account in 3 to 5 working days. Mistakes happen but when they can be rectified quickly that helps a lot. My only frustration is that I had to wait quite a long time to be able to talk to anybody because they clearly don’t have enough staff working on a Saturday.

Never been into this store before but I’m a convert!! Everything is well laid out, with matching accessories close to clothing. I wanted a particular pair of shoes & matching handbag & the quality is fantastic. Friendly staff member. Will definitely return to this store when I am next in need of clothing/accessories.

Helpful, professional and friendly staff I had an order delivered to the store…
I had an order delivered to the store as one of the items was a hat and I was worried about having it delivered to my home as in the past I have found them poorly packaged and resulting in a misshapen hat!
The dress I had ordered was ready , as the email had informed me that only part of my order was ready for pick up. The shop assistant / supervisor Jelena (?) was extremely helpful and I even got a further reduction on the dress as that day / week prices were all 25% off despite me having ordered the dress with a 15% discount. I thought it was excellent that Phase 8 honoured this price reduction. The assistant Jelena sorted out all the paperwork in a calm, professional and friendly manner despite being ‘in demand’ from other assistants who needed her guidance with paperwork for other customers. The assistant looked in to my order to see when the hat would be delivered and advised me to contact customer services.
The next day I got confirmation that my hat was now being delivered to the Stratford Westfield store so I went that evening to pick it up. I was served by another assistant and delighted that my hat was in a proper ‘hat shaped box’ with a carrying handle and was well protected with this box being the right size, right protection etc- a very different experience to wedding hats and fascinators I ve had delivered in the past which have been badly bent in the ordinary delivery boxes. I m glad too that I have a proper hat box to keep my hat in going forward- please make these mandatory for all hats purchased Phase 8 team! I got the 25% discount refund given to me on the purchase of the hat too which was an additional bonus. The assistant Jelena who had kindly helped me yesterday acknowledged my presence in the store whilst helping another customer and was again very friendly and helpful in her manner. I thanked her for all her help and advice the previous day. A great in store experience . Lovely to see the choice of clothes beautifully displayed in store too as I tend to shop online.

Beautiful store very helpful staff
The staff in Phase eight Manchester are so helpful. Giving honest advice about dresses and ordering online if size isn't in store. I am not an easy customer being very petite and they spent time with me and I bought a lovely outfit today. I enjoyed the experience. The changing rooms are clean and very comfy with settees my daughter could sit with her baby while I tried on . Thank you
