I was only refunded for one item

I was only refunded for one item, the parcel contained two. A lovely lady call Iris sorted it out straight away.
Very happy with the customer support. Will definitely use again

I needed a hat for my wedding outfit. I had seen the phase eight hats and the Wimborne store had a wide range in the navy blue colour.
The two staff were very kind and I chose a navy fascinator to buy

Great customer service

My dress arrived creased with the buttons & belt undone. Iris from the live chat sorted my issue out within 5 minutes & offered a 20% discount for the inconvenience. I’m very pleased with the outcome.

Helpful staff

The lady who served me was extremely helpful in getting me to try on a different jumpsuit to the one I wanted to check my size. Unfortunately you do not sell petite in stores so the one I wanted had to be sent. It has now arrived but my only grudge it was very creased which it would not have been had I been able to buy in your store or Bradbeers in New Milton which is easier for me. I do not send for things and this makes shopping for clothes that you sell more difficult. Store staff were exceedingly helpful.

Jane and Tilly at Cheshire Oaks are the best!

Jane and Tilly (I hope I have their names right - apologies to them if not) at Cheshire Oaks made a wedding guest outfit shopping trip that I really was not looking forward to, into a really lovely experience. They were very friendly, ultra helpful, and found me dresses that I would never have looked at, all of which were a bargain. I ended up buying three dresses. Thank you both so much!

Great service

The sales assistant was so helpful. She was very attentive. After trying on the jumpsuit to find it was too large, she ordered me the correct size. The assistant was a credit to your company. Thank you. My order arrived next day and it fits perfectly.

Helen, the best assistant in the outlet

Helen was truly amazing, both my boys were getting married within 6 weeks of each other. I went in twice to buy my outfits and Helen was absolutely fantastic! Did so much for me! She rang another shop for the jacket to go with my dress and got it sent to the shop for me! She went above and beyond on each visit. So thank you so much!

Two part dress order one part missing

Purchased a dress with sheer over blouse. Only the dress part arrived. On their site someone had mentioned this had happened to her but I assumed it was a one off until it just happened to me. How can a company sell a dress and fail to send the complete two parts of the outfit. Does no one check the order against the product when packing. Now I am to be charged for returning half an order. Very unhappy first time and now last time customer.
Update
Got my refund minus the return delivery fee. I did not return the incomplete outfit because of any fault on my side. The fact that it is only £1.95 charge is irrelevant. I was not interested in paying £1.95 to end up getting an incomplete outfit, packing it up again and driving down to my post office. I should charge P8 for wasting my time not have them charge me for returning their mistake

I went in to brows and try on some mother of the bride outfits. I was helped by a lovely assistant who couldn't have been more helpful. I wasn't out to buy as I wanted to go to a few more shops but with the help of the assistant found what I had been looking for there and then only to be told when paying there was a 25% discount so one very happy shopper.

Phase Eight Rosada :Onprofessioneel en niet klantvriendelijk

Aangaande het filiaal in Rosada Fashion Outlet te Roosendaal: Koop hier vooral geen kleding als je twijfelt over je aankoop, want de retourvoorwaarden op de kassabon worden niet nageleefd. Op de bon staat duidelijk vermeld dat artikelen, met en zonder korting, binnen 14 dagen geretourneerd kunnen worden in het filiaal van aankoop. Toch werd onze terugbetaling geweigerd, terwijl wij binnen de termijn terugkwamen met de jurk en kassabon.
Wij zijn hiervoor een tweede keer teruggekomen op advies van het personeel, zodat dit met de manager opgepakt kon worden.
Hierom kwamen we de volgende dag terug, waarop we nog anderhalf uur op haar moesten wachten. De manager reageerde direct defensief en zei letterlijk dat zij de terugbetaling weigerde en dat het haar niet uitmaakte wat er op hun eigen kassabon staat. Ze stond er niet voor open om in gesprek te gaan om naar een oplossing te zoeken. De eerste keer gaf de verkoopster zelf toe dat zij niet had vermeld dat retourneren niet mogelijk zou zijn. De tweede dag werd deze uitspraak ontkent door de manager, de verkoopster zou het niet meer weten volgens haar. Volgens de manager wordt bij elke verkoop van kortingsartikelen benoemd dat retourneren niet mogelijk is, dit is dus niet waar! De verkoopster keek ons helaas niet meer aan en zei niet eerlijk wat ze de dag ervoor had toegegeven. Er lijkt sprake te zijn van angst voor de manager onder het personeel.
