The St Albans store is bright and clean. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. I couldn't resist taking advantage of a discount on a dress I already have 2 other colours. Plus it has pockets too! It's a great way to look smart and feel comfortable. I always love how purchases get wrapped with tissue paper.

New dress
Went into Braehead store on Friday to buy a dress for a wedding on Saturday. The shop was very well laid out one of the assistants Michelle ask me what I was looking for once I explained what I wanted she brought me various dresses all lovely and some I wouldn’t have chosen. I got my dress thanks to Michelle for her help and option. Enjoyed my wedding on Saturday. Excellent customer service, friendly courteous and extremely helpful.

The ladies serving are always very helpful and friendly and I usually end up buying more that I went in for, quite often with an outfit one of them has been modelling. A lovely store.

Fit for a King…
The service I received from the start to finish from the Cardiff City store was excellent. Personal service with so many options to choose from. I returned the following week to add an additional jacket to the dress already chosen. The staff were again most helpful and the outfit made me feel a million dollars when attending a Buckingham Palace Garden Party.

TFG store in Liverpool…10/10
We visited the TFG store in Liverpool One as I was looking for a ‘posh frock’ for an awards night. As someone who lives in jeans & trainers & is very conscious of their tummy & upper arms, I was totally out of my comfort zone & dreading a day of trying on dresses. I found the three dresses to take into the changing room, not really suitable, but thought I had to start somewhere. The assistant in the changing room was fantastic as she saw me troop backwards & forwards to my very patient husband sat outside. She asked what I was after & what colours I liked & went to fetch me three dresses from ‘out the back’ , one of which was perfect! She was so lovely & so helpful & I bought the Phase Eight dress she suggested for the awards evening & a Hobbs dress for day wear - something I’ve never done before! I complimented the changing room assistant to the assistant at the till & when we got home we realised I’d been given 25% off the Phase Eight dress & had received 3 complimentary gifts. This was the first store we went in so to get sorted straight away was brilliant. Absolutely over the moon with my purchases & the service we received. We will definitely be visiting this store again. Thank you!

The ladies in your Cheshire Oaks store…
The ladies in your Cheshire Oaks store are a credit to your company, especially Jane, even though she’s married to an Evertonian. My wife had bought a jump suit for our son’s wedding from your Leeds branch. She then went to your Meadowhall store a month later to buy the matching Facinator. Out of stock. After we contacted head office we were told they had one at Cheshire Oaks. Despite a 2 hour drive we collected the item the same day. Not happy with Phase 8 not telling her it was last years fashion and the facinator was almost out of stock but the staff at Cheshire Oaks saved the day.
