No communication at all
I bought a dress from Swindon store -936 and couldn’t try there for the time limit, so I bought n tried at home and it was long on me so I returned from post office next day, but since haven’t heard anything regarding my return, I m very disappointed and the dress was really expensive too, I would not buy anything again from them,

Dress shopping for my daughter for an…
Dress shopping for my daughter for an event. First went to Hobbs (sister shop to Phase Eight in Morpeth) where the lovely Karys “got” our remit and recommended we visit Phase Eight and Angela, Margaret and Karena. All ladies were so helpful and we had the best dress shopping experience we could have imagined with a very successful outcome. Thank you ladies! We’ll certainly return for our next “mission”!

Fantastic customer service at Reigate
I had a very positive experience while shopping at Reigate branch. I came specifically to find a summer dress for work and a dress for a special occasion. In return I got top-notch customer service and addition to my wardrobe. Highly recommend.

Shopping for wedding outfits
Myself and my two sisters were shopping for wedding outfits for my son’s wedding. I rang the Sheffield Meadowhall stored before hand and they organised a personal shopper for us. On arrival, we welcomed by Jill our helper who made us feel really special and communicated with us about our outfits and helped us dress. She spent two hours with us and we all got our dresses and accessories. I can’t thank them enough for making our day a special day, thank you x

I explained tha I’m still waiting for an order that I should of had the next day but still haven’t received it a week later and I’m none the wiser went it is going to be delivered as it’s still with DX , they are the delivery group. I need it it by Tuesday so I’m hoping it will be here before then. Not a happy bunny.

Went in to the Braehead store with no clue what I really wanted. The girl in the shop was amazing. I was torn between 2 but she was very patient while I hummed and hawed. Left very happy with a wee 15% discount into the bargain.

I called the store in Bluewater & spoke ro a young lady named Jasmin , asking if I could change a dress for a bigger size . Jasmine was absolutely fantastic & was so helpful making me & my wife's experience wonderful. As we where shopping for our daughters wedding Jasmine gave her ideas put 2 sizes in reserve helped with matching accessories all in all a fantastic experience will definitely use this store again & can't thank the staff enough . I bought a jumpsuit for my daughter’s wedding, was thrilled when I put it on, two hours later the top of the jumpsuit was all bobbled and it looked tired and tatty. When I complained to customer services, they said it was perfectly acceptable and not a fault. Having spent £200 + on my outfit I would have expected a decent quality outfit, and it to last longer than a couple of hours

I wish I could leave a nice feedback, but they don't deserve it at all.
Order placed on the 19.05.26 - paid £85 and 7 days down the line, still not dispatched. Email received from them after 4 days saying they are busy, and nothig else happened since.
Online Chat service keeps saying to wait as they are busy. I have requested to cancel the order and I got completely ignored.
What kind of company is this?!?!
