The two ladies at the Reigate store were so accormadating and helped me so much. I was having a wedding that afternoon and the dress I ordered hadn't still arrived. When I went to the shop door despite the store still being closed when I explained my situ they opened it for me and then allowed me to fit on dresses and help me decide the dress that worked best for me. The dress was lovely and the ladies absolutely made my day. Thank you.xx

Visited the Liverpool store last week with my daughter and daughter in law. Suzanne was amazing, she was patient and supportive when helping my daughter find 2 perfect dresses for 2 occasions we have coming up this year. Nothing was too much trouble and my daughter's confidence grew with each outfit she tried on. Highly recommend the store for the quality of clothes and exceptional staff. Thank you

What an absolutely dreadful online shopping experience!
Website wrongly said the item was in stock at various stores and could be collected within 3 hours from one store. So I ordered and travelled a long distance to the store (from south hampshire into north london), only to be served by a stony faced assistant who dismissed my request to collect with a surly "we don't have it". Fortunately the store manager was more helpful and directed me to other shops in the shopping centre where I could find a hat. The store manager also tried to cancel my online order but wasn't able to.
It's not possible to cancel your online order once placed, which is just ridiculous in 2026!! Just a catalogue of errors.... the customer services telephone number on the order collection email doesn't work! The customer services call centre, when you can finally find the right number, keeps you on hold for a lengthy period then just disconnects the call! The web chat you have to wait at least 10 minutes for anyone to answer. The link on the website for Complaints Policy doesn't link to any complaints policy whatsoever!
I'm still waiting for my refund for an order placed over 2 weeks ago that either I or the store should have been able to cancel.
What an absolute farce.... whatever you do don't purchase from this retailer online!!

Terrible, ordered a hat for a wedding, standard delivery 5 working days, should have been delivered Monday 1st June at the latest, now on Wednesday 3rd June and still not showing as dispatched, not experienced this issue with any other company, even during busy sale periods. Will not order direct with them again, I dread to think how long a refund would take them to process so hope I am happy with the hat when / if it eventually arrives!
Customer support rep Zainab, who I dealt with on both my discussions was polite, friendly, efficient and very professional throughout. She provided clear responses, acted swiftly in arranging refund and provided advise on how to proceed with re-ordering to replace missing item. Personnel wise I cannot fault the service but the extensive wait (over 40 mins on each occasion) to interact with a representative is something that Phase Eight need to address. I would have left 5 stars but for this failing did not feel able to do so. However, staff member was 5 star in service delivery.

Evri damaged my parcel containing a lovely Phase Eight blazer. It was returned to Phase Eight by Evri. On chatting to Bobi of Phase Eight it was resolved quickly and efficiently. I was offered a code for a free next day delivery on reordering the blazer.
Many thanks to Bobi and Phase Eight but zero point to Evri!

Cannot get through to customer service and no response from my numerous emails. Web chat not working and cannot track my order! A disgrace which has caused me a lot of stress.

Great and friendly service in the shop.
Very helpful staff when choosing my dress, and ordering the right size for me on line and arrange delivery to my home address within the next couple of days of which I have received on time and was very pleased with it.
Excellent service and I would recommend Phase Eight shop to family and friends.

"Had the loveliest visit to phase eight at Manchester, Arndale! The store itself is beautiful - bright, minimal, and full of pieces you don’t see everywhere. But the real highlight was Stephanie, the attendant. She was very patience,lovely and listened to what I was looking for, gave real feedback instead of just ‘that looks great’, and helped me find a lovely dress for my baby christening. Felt genuinely cared for. 5 stars and I’ll be back!"

I visited the PhaseEight store in Morpeth feeling rather defeated. I had been looking for a dress/outfit for my daughter’s graduation & up until then I could not see anything that appealed to me: I had visited stores in Newcastle and online but nothing. This store had several things that I liked but then I saw the perfect dress: pale blue wrap dress. I tried it on & loved it immediately. The store assistant, Margaret) came over to see how I was doing & agreed that the dress was perfect for me. She asked about the occasion & suggested I could pair it with a dusky pink bag. I was a bit doubtful as I thought it should be navy blue. She said she would get the navy but asked if she could bring me the pink accessories too just to compare. I asked her to also bring a fascinator. Well, the navy fascinator & bag were lovely but the pink was absolutely stunning. She said the pink fascinator was perfect too for my hair colour & complexion & I could see what she meant. I bought the dress, fascinator & clutch bag & left the shop feeling on top of the world.
Margaret was amazing: she was very friendly & easily built up a rapport with me, & took the time to find out what I really needed.
I had to get back to my car as the parking timescales in Morpeth are dreadful but I will return to get some matching footwear & cover for my shoulders.
PhaseEight is not normally a store I would frequent as we don’t have a store nearby, but I’m happy to travel to Morpeth to visit this store. I was delighted to get my perfect outfit & accessories but what made the experience delightful was the lady who helped me: Margaret. What a huge asset she is to PhaseEight

Our experience at the Gretna store was amazing.We were welcomed when entering the store by BEATRICE who made us feel important. She helped us with our purchases throughout. I purchased a dress and hat with my sister finding a dress she had not intending to be purchasing !! There was never any pressure on sale just guidance. Thank you Beatrice.
