THE DRIVER DID NOT DELIVER TO THE ADDRESSED PERSON, DID NOT DELIVER TO DOOR, NO PICTURE AS PROOF, ITEM NOT FOUND. AND SIGNATURE AT DELIVERY IS NOT BY THE ADDRESSED PERSON. NINJA VAN DRIVERS ARE THE WORST. LAZY AND DISHONEST. AND NINJA VAN AS A COMPANY ARE ALSO THE WORST FOR ALLOWING THIS BEHAVIOUR. YES, I AM SHOUTING THIS FEEDBACK, BUT YOU DON'T CARE BECAUSE IT ALWAYS HAPPENS WITH SEPHORA DELIVERIES.

I never leave negative feedbacks to courier companies because I was a delivery guy before and I know exactly how this supply chain system works.
My 1st ever encounter with a terrible driver attitude and poor customer agents replies with Ninja Van.
No tracking updates and suddenly driver called my mobile at 3pm on a weekday saying that he is outside my house. I told the driver that there's no tracking updates and I'm at work. Told him to come back after 7pm since delivery stated by 10pm. Driver said he will be at other place during that time. So I told him I will drive over and meet him at where ever location he is currently at or his next location to pick up from him personally. I can fit his location timings without losing his time.
He said okay. Called him at around 5pm, wanting to meet him at his next location but his mobile phone was off all the way. The least driver can do is to inform me that he can't meet me. Just a courtesy call will do.
Saw the tracking at 8.24pm and it was returned back to the warehouse. Up till today, no updates on the delivery reschedule date. I've deal a lot of courier services and this is by far the WORSE courier service I have encountered.
I've informed all my overseas sellers to never assign Ninja Van for all their orders to Singapore.
Instead, I've recommended all my overseas sellers to assign to my trusted courier in Singapore that I've used for years.
I understand that drivers are busy but all I asked for is a courtesy pick up call from the driver and updates.
Check with your sellers first who they assign. If it's Ninja Van, ask them reassign others.
Ninja Van truly lives up to its name
Ninja Van truly lives up to its name - they disappear without a trace with your goods. They failed to deliver items I ordered online via NTUC although the status showed as "Picked Up". When I checked with the live agent, who by the way was worse than the chatbot, he kept repeating "The item is still at our warehouse", "We are unable to assign a driver but we will send you a notification when the parcel is out.". No apology, no solutions, no commitment on when the deliverr will be made. Do not ever order at the 3rd party stores on NTUC app as they will most likely use Ninja Van.
Dishonest and unreliable
Very unreliable here in the Philippines, unfortunately Lazada online sellers don't have a choice since they are partnered with them. We have a rider in our area who doesn't pickup and only uploads edited photos as proof. I already contacted support but no solutions, 4 days and counting.
Delivery guys dont even bother
Delivery guys dont even bother. Say that its "unsuccessful " but they never tried ,called or waited for just 1 minute. What a lousy lazy service. 1 star is deserved.

I received a parcel today delivered by Ninja van. The guy just throw it at my gate and left. He can't even be bothered to send me a SMS. It's bcos Ninja still stated that it's a non contact delivery.
This is not the first time but a few times over a 12 month period.

I had a very traumatic experience with Ninja. The delivery driver placed for me is totally RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I ended up slapping him. Now, everytime I have a parcel that'll be delivered by them thru TikTok, I automatically cancel it!!!
You need to be extremely careful with payments.
Their finance department has consistently shown inefficiencies. Despite sending payment proof screenshots, invoices that were paid well ahead of the due date continued to be marked as unpaid. For small business owners, this can be particularly stressful, as it creates the risk of double-paying invoices out of concern that their accounts might be frozen.
This issue has occurred multiple times for our business—at least two to three instances—causing significant frustration and unnecessary worry for our team. We've reached out repeatedly to highlight the problem, but it remains unresolved. It’s difficult not to question whether the issue stems from a lack of care or from deeper operational shortcomings. We have all the email and screenshot logs.
As a result, we’ve made the decision to switch to Trax Logis (formerly Qexpress), and so far, we've found their rates and overall efficiency to be far more reliable.

Poor comminicarion, failed delivery 2 days in a row!
Texted to inform me delivery was being made. I texted back and said we were waiting. End of day no packages. Several texts messages sent but no response.
Next day message has not changed. States package will be delivered today. Not delivered, no text messages frpm driver.
Called their support center. They stated me packages were returned to warehouse due to unseen circumstances.
It was late at driver did not want to deliver? Package ro heavy for him?
They apolgized and told me packages would be delivered tomorrow. Two days late!
Wirh their lack of communicatiions and failing ro keep a delivery promise two days in a row, I will never personally use their service.

May parcel ako nag deliver si rider ng di manlang tumatawag na nasa location niya sya, may pinag receive sya sa parcel ng di manlang nang hingi ng authorization letter nag ask na ako sa guard at mga tao sa bahay kung may naka tanggap ba sa knila ng parcel ko at lahat sila same sagot wala daw. Naka receive ako nang email na successful daw ang deliver with picture pa then ngayon tinatanong ko kung sinu pumirma at anu SOP Nila pag nag dedeliver bakit di manlang ako tinawagan ngayon nawawala yong parcel na ang laman is card, nag raise ako ng concern sa customer service nila pero ang sinabi lang sa akin na nawala daw ang parcel habang binabalik daw sa hub nila, kaya nasabi ko paanu mo nasabi na nawala habang binabalik sa hub kung may email kayo sa akin na successfully delivered. Napaka worst experience not recommended.

Confused couriers and confusing process. Can deliver the same item without proper packaging but when handling the same item returns demanded it to be packaged like some national treasures. I hope this company goes bankrupt soon.

awful experience with ninja van i am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent experience with your company delivery and customer service
i placed an order on 7/03/25 with the expectation it would arrive on 10/03/25 ( promised delivery date ) the item was severely delayed
what added to my frustration was the lack of customer service when i reached out for assistance. i reached out your support team and experienced misinformation. despite my efforts to resolve the situation i still yet to receive a satisfactory solution.
on 11/03/25 after calling multiple times reaching out on to track my parcel a girl named shalini promised me it would arrive before 7pm but guess what already 8.30 pm and no update by driver on where is he or my parcel at!!!!!!! i called again and a girl name puteri spoke to me she was kinda good and was trying to help she put me on hold for quite a long while and just told me what shalini previously said item is on the way traffic is heavy and so on!!! after about 15 minutes puteri called again and informed me that the driver is on hes way to the location and asked if i am available at the venue to collect it as it is a working place of mine i told her yes and she said okay sir driver should be there any time , i said okay i will be waiting outside the hotel lobby and reminded her that my hotel is 24 hours and driver can come im waiting!!!!! after that around 1 hour i check my phone and it says that parcel has been rescheduled delivery for tmrw as buyer not at pick up venue !!!! the driver didnt even come to the location the proof of cancel delivery was just a screenshot of the item of mine that i ordered what a shame. completely fedd up i just decided to go pick it up myself at seputih , the venue was just 3km away from my place i really dont know what holded them from sending it! went there and collected it by myself saw all the drivers about 8 of them just sitting down together and smoking what a disapointment the worst of them all ninjavan it is
Ninjavan is the worst of them all
I order online a lot and Ninjavan is easily the worst of them. They used to be good when they delivered for Pomelo several years ago. Then they got worse when they expanded and got the ASOS contract. They would ignore scheduled pickups and would show up anytime they wanted. Now their CS forces you to use certain apps to communicate and they bombarded me with marketing msgs because you have to 'subscribe' in order to chat with them. They have repeatedly dumped my packages anywhere, and lied about successful deliveries and my packages have gone missing. Their proof of delivery is just a photo of a hand holding a package. I'm beyond pissed off with them and go out of my way to avoid them
