Ninjavan is the worst of them all

I order online a lot and Ninjavan is easily the worst of them. They used to be good when they delivered for Pomelo several years ago. Then they got worse when they expanded and got the ASOS contract. They would ignore scheduled pickups and would show up anytime they wanted. Now their CS forces you to use certain apps to communicate and they bombarded me with marketing msgs because you have to 'subscribe' in order to chat with them. They have repeatedly dumped my packages anywhere, and lied about successful deliveries and my packages have gone missing. Their proof of delivery is just a photo of a hand holding a package. I'm beyond pissed off with them and go out of my way to avoid them

Amateur & slow logistics

Unfortunately Nike Philippines has contracted with them as courier here. This is my second order with same results! Fast logistics from the Nike tracking side, than the order sits in local Ninja distribution center for over a week (both times). They seem to sub contract with anyone with a motorcycle with poor verbal and customer service skills. Both times received a text in the morning that will be delivered then by mid evening an email they cannot deliver till next day. I wish Nike was aware how this also reflects on them in the total shopping experience. I will choose in store pick up from now on IF I ever order again.

bad service, totally unprofessional RIDER DELIVERY MALAYSIA ever rude delivery personnel. as a customers, I do apologize cause let him waiting for only 3 minutes, I repeat 3 MINUTES ONLY, then why he is mad off? is this your service that I deserve? poor service. I don't want it anymore. 0/5

They can improve by delivering my…

They can improve by delivering my Amazon orders. This has happened to me at least six times (no delivery). I have not received even one shipment with Ninaja Van. I have complained to Amazon but they insist on using Ninja Van. Their customer service is non existent. How does this company stay in business with such poor service. I rate them minus 10.

PLEASE CLOSE SHOP LA...

Ninjavan courier personnel didn't turn up to deliver but remarks it as unsuccessful delivery. Subsequent arrangement to deliver my item is so stressful as the courier personnel could not be reach via WhatsApp and didnt pick up my calls at all..
Pls close shop if Ninjavan company could not manage the business well but causing trouble for the customers..

The logistics company failed to pick up…

The logistics company failed to pick up my return package as scheduled on 13th January. Despite waiting for days and contacting customer service, who assured me they would expedite the process, no one showed up. To make matters worse, the driver messaged me on WhatsApp, claiming they couldn't deliver after 7 pm yesterday because it was an office address. What?! How can they not differentiate between a home and an office address? This experience has been beyond frustrating. If I could give zero stars, I would! This is by far the worst logistics company I’ve ever dealt with. When will you come to collect my returned parcel ?!

I supposed to receive my order…

I supposed to receive my order yesterday 12/1/2025, but it was said the delivery was unsuccessful, I was at home the whole day yesterday, there is no call from the courier. And then today 13/1/2025 it was shown delivered at 3.24 pm but the parcel was not received, no call or picture was sent to me showing it was
delivered, I managed to speak to the courier and he insisted that he put it in front of my door, and asked me to check the picture he send, I said there is no picture, then he said his Whatsapp got blocked, there is a bag hanging at the door, why not put it in the bag if he really did send it. I want a respond from your side ninja van.

Ninja Van sending to wrong part of Malaysia

Had a really bad experience with Ninja Van, they made a mistake of shipping the item to east malaysia when my parcel only took from subang to shah alam. This is ridiculous where they called me and said that it will take around 2 weeks to ship back to East Malaysia. Imagine a logistic company will get the address wrong. Can't even differentiate east and west Malaysia. If there is a chance for me to give 0 star, I will.

WORST OF THE WORST

If i could give ninjavan 0, i would but since its not possible then i would give it 1. THE WORST OF THE WORST COURIER EVER. Customer service is nonexistent, keep giving standard reply template. My parcel thats being shipped within malaysia is taking almost 1 week and it still hasnt reach me. RIDICULOUS.

Ninjavan Ph riders saying they called…

Ninjavan Ph riders saying they called you but they didn’t, they would also put the blame on you or on the signal saying it’s either you didn’t answer the call, you can’t be contacted or they/you doesn’t have signal. Who doesn’t have signal in an urban area? These delivery men seem so used in lying to their customers.

Ninja van tak guna , dah bayar delivery n bagi alamat penuh tapi tak sampai pun dekat rumah , suru pulak kita ni p ambl kat tempat dorang . Jadi buat apa bayar kalau sama juga tak hntar n kita yang kena gi ambl kat sana ? Buang masa betul . Better tutup jer laa company ni . Tak paya dah beroperasi . Kalau kita ni tidak kerja takpe juga , ni dah laa kerja baru tu menyusahkan minta kita ambil kat sana

The worst carrier in the Philippines

The worst carrier in the Philippines. Ninjavan has no customer service hotline, their tracker is not working and the staff are full of morons who could not understand simple english. In one case a book from Amazon was delivered to a province 200 kiliometers from my home. Another incident, they delivered wet box destroyed during transpostation. The last incident, my two Cross Ballpen and Pencil worth 120 Dollars and 500 Colored Envelopes were stolen from the box.
At first they refused to entertain my complaints which forced me to call the police. Only then they started the investigation. Their work team are full of disoriented persons and keeps on repeating the same questions or maybe they AI Generated.
I have complained already to Amazon U,S, but they still use this damned unreliable corrier.
Always check your boxes and if possible in front of the delivery man. I hope they would be bankcrupt and out of service. No company is stupid and full of lazy customer agents who communicated only with EMails.
NINJA VAN IS THE EPITOME OF POOR SERVICE.

Very bad experience with Ninjavan

Received notification from ninjavan on 10th Dec 2024 that my parcel was delivered. I immediately went out to retrieve my parcel since I was at home. Could not locate my parcel and even checked all the riser rooms around my unit in case the courier dropped the parcel in one of the rooms.

After confirming that the parcel was not delivered, I escalated the issue to ninjavan support for their investigation and received a "standard template" reply that they'll look into it. I requested for an update on 11th Dec and 12th Dec but no reply from them on the status of their investigation.

I contacted their customer service on telegram (Haris Johari) to ask for an update but the still unable to obtain any further information on this incident. The customer service was also unable to commit to any timeline for their investigation result and updates to me. After much persistence, I manage to have their customer service to commit to provide me an update by 6pm.

After a while, the parcel somehow mysteriously appeared at my front door without any prior alert or information. Although I managed to receive my parcel, this experience is giving me an impression that there are critical system issues in the company that moving forward, I would have issue trusting them with my parcels.

To summarise:
- Ninjavan sent an email confirmation that my parcel was delivered but failed to do so.
- Ninjavan was unable to provide further update to me from 10th - 12th Dec, leaving me in the dark on what was going on.

I was contemplating on lodging a police report after 12th Dec since I thought it might be a criminal offense for someone in their company to retain my parcel without my consent, after having their confirmation that they have delivered it to me.
