Poor delivery attitude despite various feedbacks

More than 10 parcels just simply place outside door when i set instructions to ring bell. Once a delivery staff rings the bell after placing parcel outside and just walk off! Literally "ring the bell". Feedback that NJK manager train the drivers as well as start a bonus point system whereby marks are deducted for such attitude and the driver will not get the commission for that parcel if reported by customer

NJV is smart, do it many times till customers gave up then customer stops complaining, they managed a great stats since "no" complaints, Smart!

I have taken to write to site that used them to complain and feedback not to use their services. I dont mind paying a bit more for proper delivery that wont raise my blood pressure

BTW its not just 5-6x, its been over 4-5 years same attitude. NJV customer support will also call next day which actually works to irriate and annoyed me

Sent to wrong address. Good service recovery by delivery guy.

During the pandemic, some booksellers I shopped from used ninjavan. None of the books ever arrived in good condition despite reasonable packaging (padded envelope). Today they sent my parcel to the wrong address and still left me a photo that was time and address stamped (with my address...). Hard to contact customer service - need to get an OTP through Facebook messenger regardless of the selected mode (telegram, Viber). Need to download another app to get customer service support. Live agent available 10-6, mon to sat. No other way of reaching them outside these hours to lodge a case. Extremely unfriendly contact modes for service recovery. Thus, I haven't been able to lodge the case yet. Urgh!

Edit 2 Aug: Eventually downloaded Facebook messenger to contact ninja van in addition to checking again with taobao cs. Delivery guy contacted me a few hours later and was very apologetic, investigated parcel whereabouts and made immediate restitution for cost of lost parcel. Add one star back for the service recovery, but will unlikely shop taobao soon again if ninja van is the local delivery agent.

very accurate and on time delivery

its time for a change i receivey order on time very accurate what the system said . i receive it in good condition

i order pitaka iphone 16 case & magsafe holder & it cost 4,800 pesos and its already paid since pitaka dont have cash on delivery since this is came outside the country.

and after i read many bad reviews im worried so much. but finaly in time i just receive my order today @ july 31 .2025 and estimate time wich is till august 03

i just dint understadn why so many bad reviews

Lousy company with the most lousy service !

Lousy company with the most lousy service I ever come across ! Send me a parcel took me more than 1 week with DAILY , EVERYDAY , of chasing n communicating n never resolved! Dun know what is the hell going on inside this company ! Total lousy customer service who promise n never got it done ! Said suppose to send !I have to keep chasing n chasing ! Dun know who is the manager or the company or the founder ! Why this mistake can be repeated ! It shows that the company dun care to improve nor interested to get things resolve ! Only care about money ! I really dun know how they can survive in this competitive environment where the service is totally unacceptable!

Packages on hold forever

Three separate packages in the past 90 days have all just vanished. Highly recommend contacting your vendor to drop ninjavan as a courier.

Absolutely the worst delivery…Ninja van live up to their name

Absolutely the worst delivery experience I’ve had to date.
I received two parcels from Bandai deliver by Ninja Van, both clearly marked with “FRAGILE” stickers—just in case there was any doubt about how they should be handled. Unfortunately, it seems those labels were taken as a challenge rather than a guideline. Both boxes arrived with multiple dents and even a puncture hole, which speaks volumes about how little care was given in transit. (See attached photo for proof.)

When I contacted the company to raise the issue, I was met with dismissiveness. Instead of taking any accountability, they immediately shifted the blame to Bandai, citing supposed non-compliance with their “packing policy.” How convenient.

To make matters worse, the customer service rep sounded like they couldn’t get off the phone fast enough—impatient, disinterested, and clearly more concerned about defending their delivery staff than actually helping a paying customer. One would expect at least a hint of concern or apology, but nope.

Oh, and just to add: the two damaged parcels were delivered on the same day by two different delivery guys. Quite the consistency in mishandling.

If you're considering using this company, I’d suggest you reconsider—unless, of course, you enjoy playing the lottery with your parcels.

LOST packages

LOST packes, not 1x, not 2x but more than that! Absolutely unreliable. They will denial that theu have received the packages from overseas while international tracking showed the package has reached the last mile carriage. DO NOT USE NINJA VAN.

Ninja fault, item lost & no refund

I have placed an order with Lazada and Ninja Van is the company that help to deliver my parcel. I have selected my collection point at 7-11 Blk 492 Jurong West St 41 #01-72 S(640492) at the point of my order. Waited for more than a week and keep tracking my items. It indicated that my item is reaching the collection point. When i reached home at 11.25pm & checked my email. Saw that there is an issue with the collection point and they have last min decide to deliver to my place. They have taken & shown the photo of the parcel that was placed on my shoe rack between gate and door (address printed on the parcel belongs to the collection point and not my home address. There is also no indication of my name). I cannot find the parcel. It was lost I told them via email.

Roots of the problem that result in the lost of the parcel:
1) Last min (eleven hours) then they informed that there is issue with the correction point via email (For last min change, they should call or drop a message via whatsapp instead of email, who will access email when you are always on the move).
***We are unable to deliver your Lazada parcel NLSGD48314093 to the requested Ninja Point as self collect service is not available***
2) If the correction point has an issue why do they have it as a option for buyer to choose.
3) If there is a last min change of delivery address. They should change the address of the parcel to my address (otherwise, whoever saw it will thought it was sent to the wrong address and discard it) or at least indicate the buyer's name.
4) Now the parcel is lost and gone. It is obvious that there is something wrong with the operating system and Ninja Van should take action to refund me the amount when i put up my refund request.
5) They said they will check and revert. Fair, i said ok. A few of them have called me asking me the same old questions and asked did I receive my item as they have already sent over the item. I repeated the roots of the problem (as stated above). This is ridiculous, it is crystal clear that there something happened from the collection point to the delivery procedure. Ninja should acknowledge & bear the responsibilities and stop asking me to give them more time to check. Resolve their own internal issue and refund the item amount to me.

I have told them to stop calling and asking me the same questions. I have given them 1 week to check. Have told them that if I have not receive a refund by today, I will write them a review of my unpleasant experience. If they call me, I hope to receive a refund outcome. Till date, they remain silent.

This will not end here. If Ninja Van is not going to refund the amount to me. I will have to bring this matter to CASE Singapore.

Ninjavan driver's act of service

Just a moment ago, the driver from NinjaVan just threw my parcel on the doorstep and go away without at least ringing my doorbell, as this parcel contained an expensive item (electronics). Many times, I've indicated in the facebook messenger with their offical chat, to at least ring the bell, but to NO avail. This act kept coming back. So in my 5 years of receiving from suppliers who used them, I often find myself hard to give them at least an average review. Not even one time for a good in the review.

So, will I use them for my package delivery service? No way!

Parcel disappeared like Ninja

My parcel arrived from overseas to Singapore for a week already and Ninja can't trace it. Most likely it's lost or stolen. The parcel disappeared like ninja. CS was slow to respond and in denial!!!
DO NOT USE NINJA VAN!!!!

I really appreciate Rema

I really appreciate Rema , idk male or female but I want to give 9/10 because Rema is really good customer service Rema cannot give promise did so well. I forgot to fill address completely and then I contacted customer service with telegram I was talking with Rema and I requested to deliver before 13June 6pm before and I got it . Thank you so much Rema. I from Singapore.

This company is Not Trustworthy

This company is Not Trustworthy! Ninja Van has a fake call center , doesn't respond on any way. Delivery guy went at the door and have send the package without leaving any package at the door!

The worst delivery company in the…

The worst delivery company in the Philippines.

I strongly advise against using Ninja Van, especially if you are ordering through Buy and Ship Philippines using their Buy for You option. Avoid both companies at all costs as NinjaVan is Buy and Ship PH are partners.

I paid over ₱65,000 for their services, yet my parcel has been sitting in Ninja Van's warehouse since May 28 with no progress. The tracking status remains stuck at "for sorting," and there have been no meaningful updates or attempts to deliver.

This is a complete waste of hard-earned money. I will be filing a formal complaint against them.

Ninja Van in the Philippines sucks

Ninja Van in the Philippines sucks. They have lost over 10 items that I have ordered from Amazon in just the last few weeks. To Ninja Van, if you don't deliver shipments from Amazon anymore then quit accepting the shipments that I ordered or is your company on a month long vacation??? My name is Fred Carter and I hope Amazon sees this and stops shipping their products with your company. I actually enjoy receiving the items that I purchase!!!!
