Irresponsible delivery service

Ninjavan did not call me and simply leave my parcel outside the house. If it rained while I was not at home, the item in the parcel would have been ruined. Just a few more steps and they can place the parcel in my car porch, but well… only convenience is matter to them I guess. Usually other delivery service will do this, but Ninjavan doesn’t seem to care. The experience is bad and I would not recommend their service.

Ruined a birthday

Ruined a birthday, they can’t see, they can’t hear, they can’t call, I haven’t seen delivery guy’s in my life this bad, they should really close down.

Slow. service paling teruk. chat live agent pun tak guna dan tak membantu langsung. 5 hari masih tak terima parcel. never use ninjavan service anymore. worst. semoga cepat2 bankrup yer ninja van.

I wish I could give them zero stars. They are terrible. Either lost or stole my Maya Visa Card. I blocked it so they couldn't make fraudulent transactions on my account. Their "Customer Service" completely sucks. They will send you an auto-response Email promising to contact you in a "few hours" but you won't hear back from them, for several days, if ever. I have seen other reviews, on different sites, saying they are a den of thieves. I would have to agree. If you can avoid doing any business with these morons, your life will be better.

False Delivery Attempt and Poor Communication from Ninja Van

I am very disappointed with Ninja Van’s delivery service. My Shopee parcel was scheduled for delivery on 13rd September 2025, but it was not delivered. Instead, the tracking showed “attempted delivery,” with a photo uploaded as proof. The photo was not of my house, and I never received any phone call or WhatsApp message from the rider.

This is very frustrating because I had been waiting for the parcel since the day before, yet no genuine delivery attempt was made. Not only was the proof of delivery false, but the lack of communication from the delivery staff caused unnecessary delay.

I hope Ninja Van takes this issue seriously and improves their delivery process. Customers deserve honest updates and responsible service.

Slow moving courier

Courier only pickup item at 5pm at store. Then reach facility the next day 5pm again.
3rd day you depart to nearby sorting facility at 9:30am, and reached at 10:30am. Good
But never out of deliver until the next day 3pm. The facility is only 3km away. If I know it would take you more than 24hours to start the trip, I would've go and collect it. No customer service at all

Tracking feature is less than useless

Tracking feature is less than useless. It tells you that a package will arrive within a TWELVE HOUR WINDOW on any given day, and then the package (shock and surprise) never arrives. AND there's no actual human customer support to speak just a stupid bot that is also less than useless. This should be 0 stars but thats not possible so i give you a 1 but in my heart of hearts it is a 0. A negative 5.

Blardy screwed up company

Blardy screwed up company.
Driver No Show multuple times for collection. Then make phantom missed calls to show prrsence.
Eventually delayed my return process , losy my parcel then conveniently push all responsibility to me.
I still have the screenshot and mobile of the driver who screwed up.

THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER!

This is unacceptable! I was not around to receive my delivery, yet the rider still gave it to people I do not even know. The parcel contains private information since it is a card. This kind of service is extremely disappointing and frustrating!!!!!!!!! Better shut down your company!!!

I have arranged a pickup on Tuesday…

I have arranged a pickup on Tuesday 19/8/2025, and keep having missed pick up, with excuses parcel not ready for collection when in fact was waiting for Ninja collection. They make a few pickups but up till today it is not pending pickup

Order information received on the 13th. Mind you it was on a wednesday. Pick up success on the 16th. Hello? What are you doing? You had 3 days to pick up and yet chose to pick up on a saturday? Not the worst part yet. I thought oh maybe on the 18th, monday or on 16th itself i would receive it. Kept checking the tracker website and they told me i would receive it on 17-18 august by 10pm so i was relieved. Kept waiting and waiting but STILL YET TO RECEIVE IT. ITS 11PM ON 18TH OF AUGUST AND THEY PROMISED ME TODAY I WOULD RECEIVE IT. WHY DO THEY GIVE FALSE PROMISES AND HOPE IF THEY KNOW FOR A FACT THEIR LAZY BUM DRIVERS WOULDNT BE BOTHERED TO DELIVER PARCELS ON THE EST TIME. THIS IS THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER. I DIDNT EVEN PICK NINJA VAN AS MY COURIER TOO. DHL IS SO MUCH BETTER. OH AND MIND U ITS SG BASED ITEM SO WHY THE HELL IS IT TAKING SO LONG TO DELIVER ONE PAIR OF BLOODY BAG??????????? 18TH OF AUGUST 10PM MY HEAD

If the rating have less than 1 star I would give it. Never been more disappointed with this courier service. The rider has cause drama. As a working person, we cant keep looking at the phone 24h. But the rider expect customer to respond within a second. But I didn't take too long to reply, only took about 3 minutes. If he need the location urgent. It's not a crime to call and ask nicely. Guess what happen next is. When I try to track the delivery, it's says parcel have been delivered although I did not receive it. Was so furious but still manage to ask the rider politely. For no reason he blame me for didn't give the location although it was already given to him. Without any hesitation, I am email to the Ninja and seller. If the parcel cost few ringgit I won't bother. But it cost a month salary. How come there's a people who are so not responsible and careless..The Ninja van Hq to take this case seriously as I see many people complaining about the service. This is why our country is not developing and left behind. People buy things not using leaf, they pay for it. Work hard to afford something. This is so unacceptable.
