Over twenty years of good service and support
I have been a Namesco customer for over 20 years, mainly for managing domains, but also sometimes for services such as VPS, email and authSMTP. I have always found them reliable, and their support excellent. Just today, as an example, I received very good customer service from Bee, who was able to make the change to payment methods I was having trouble with, but then was able to advise me on an aspect of managing the account I hadn't been aware of before, which will make my life a lot easier!

ROCKSTAR service!
We were in a major bind when our website went down. I called in, talked to Gareth and he was a ROCKSTAR! Helped me immediately and resolved all my issues. It was AMAZING! He was so lovely and helpful - very easy to understand and made it all work so quickly. THANK YOU!

Had to renew domain registration but my previous registered payment card had been stolen and I called customer services and the man I spoke with was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. 10/10

The staff member was prompt in explaining what needed to be done and the support was successful hitch free.
He is a calm person and listened to my complaint without putting any pressure on me.
