Not terribly impressed with when I ask…
Not terribly impressed with when I ask them to change my glue records, just keep making a complete mess of it.
If this continues shall be moving my domain names to another provider seems to happen every single time I ask them to do this!
This is in relation to ticket TR25294806 have to just use the Tell the boss feature for them to actually do anything properly, least one of my sites is unavailable right now (web and email hosting using an independent server).

Extortionate Prices
My client let a domain expire and it cost him £90 for the redemption fee, which is fair enough, his fault... but the redemption invoice clearly states the domain renewal is included. They're now wanting an additional £46 for the renewal.
I've seen other similar negative reviews and the response from names.co.uk is always "domain renewals can vary". It's a 1 year renewal on a .com, pretty standard. It costs £10~ for the same thing on all other major providers.
I'm going to transfer away from them which will probably also cost a large fee. The support on this has also been non-existent, we either have to pay them or lose the domain. AVOID. Use Cloudflare, GoDaddy, IONOS, anyone else.
EDIT: I predicted the response they were going to give and they still gave it. Using AI to respond is another red flag.

We will require you to contact us due to security on the account however your statement regarding the redemption fee including a renewal is correct which is why I have asked to contact our customer care team to clarify this.
