Having used names for over two decades, they have grown and improved over the years. Just used their technical support where I initially wanted advice, but they took on the problem and followed the solution through to completion to save me having to.

Names continues to impress me
Names continues to impress me. When you call, you can always expect to talk to a real person. Best still - they are based in the UK! I recently called customer services and spoke to Bee. She was extremely helpful and was able to resolve my enquiry professionally and efficiently. Since I migrated the majority of my domains over from a US provider to Names I have had nothing but a good experience from them. I have been especially impressed when receiving calls from their customer care teams about features I was not using as well as introducing other services that I might be interested in. (Absolutely no hard sell). Can definitely recommend.

Yet again I am reminded why I stay with NamesCo
Yet again, Names-Co experience starts with a problem, but they turn it around very nicely and very quickly.
It started with an email claiming that my PHP website would have a problem if I didn't upgrade my PHP version, for a fee of course. I smell PHISHING. Because my website has NO PHP AT ALL.
So I phone NamesCo, establish that the email was genuine, but clumsy, and I could ignore it.
Then NamesCo came good! The person I spoke to phoned me two minutes later, said that there was a better hosting package I could have, that was cheaper and contained more useful features (a free SSL certificate, which I had long wanted yet was unwilling to pay for - they can be expensive if you get them the wrong way).
I have been with NamesCo for more than twenty years. Every so often, they remind me why I stay.

16yrs Great Customer Service
I have been a customer for 16yrs. Jordan handled my renewal this time round, and worked very hard to put together a tailored cost effective package for me. However, whenever I have found it necessary to call the NAMES.CO team they are always friendly and professional.
