LCN's managed WordPress starter site is well worth the money if you need a design team to take the lead.
They may not initially understand your needs, but they work tirelessly to find common ground and direct their clients in the right direction. Basically, LCN's web designer care, work in partnership and will go the extra mile to build a site which both impresses the client (namely YOU) and, more importantly, create a dynamic website which is competitive. This needs tact, diplomacy and compromise.
Website creativity is a partnership deal, which is reassuring if you know what you want but do not know how to achieve it. Ask for Simon Jones and you will not regret it.

Auto renew disabled but still billed
It is simply impossible to avoid being charged for things. My services are set to NOT auto renew but I get an email telling me the service will renew anyway.
Very hard to try and understand the billing and the chat service doesn't seem to work.

I made a purchase on LCN.com
I made a purchase on LCN.com, but the domains I paid for have not appeared in my account.
I received no confirmation, no invoice, and no clear information about the status of my purchase. When I check the domain section of my account, it says:
“Warning: There are no domain names on this account. If you wish to purchase or transfer a domain to this account, please click on the ‘Add Domain’ button below.”
This is very concerning because I have already paid for the domains. I also checked the Trustpilot reviews and noticed that several other customers appear to be reporting similar issues, which makes me concerned that this may be an ongoing problem.
I need LCN to either deliver the domains I purchased and make them available in my account, or issue a full refund as soon as possible.
I hope this can be resolved quickly, but based on my experience so far, the lack of confirmation, invoice, and purchased domains being visible in my account is extremely disappointing.

Falsely marked my transaction as fraudulent after wasting my time.
They marked my transactions as fraudulent, after collecting my card details, and apparently, they have a habit of doing to that to non-uk customers.

Fantastic response to difficult questions
Absolutely fantastic response and support from Bee. She went the extra mile and took time to explaining the issue to and old 74 year old. Patience is important in understanding the customer problems,Bee took her time allowing me to express what i thought was the problem and she very kindly and professionally handled the whole situation.
