I completed the payment successfully, and the payment amount has been deducted from my account. However, the domains are not showing in my LCN dashboard, and I also cannot see the invoice or order details.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we're sorry for the frustration this has caused.
We can confirm we reached out to you directly via email on 25 August 2026 at 9:09 AM with a full explanation. To summarise: your order was placed on hold during our routine anti-fraud verification process. As it didn't meet the necessary criteria, the order was cancelled and the domains were not registered, which is why you're not seeing them in your dashboard or an invoice for them.
Importantly, no funds have actually been taken from your account. The amount you saw was a pre-authorisation hold from your bank, not a completed charge, and this will be released automatically. Depending on your bank, this can take up to 30 days to clear from your statement, though it's usually much quicker.
If you'd like to proceed with registering your domains, we'd be glad to help you through the additional security checks, please give our team a call on 0345 363 3637 and we'll get this sorted for you as quickly as possible.

Used LCN for years and it's OK
I've used LCN for years and the website is a bit clunky but it works well. Until recently when there are login problems: screen covered in links, like a beta site. Just got some great support - thanks Gareth - but last time I call the man was really rude. I dislike the scary emails saying my domain is about to be cancelled when I always use auto-renew. I always have to double check it and it's always fine. Stressful. But overall they're OK>

Locked out of account - Lost revenue
Locked out of account – Zero support via phone or chat since Thursday
I am writing this review in hopes of finally getting a response from LCN support.
Whenever you change your IP address or move cities, LCN automatically locks you out of your account. In the past, calling them was a hassle, but it worked. This time, however, no one has been answering the phone calls or the live chat support since Thursday.
My business is completely on hold because of this, and I am losing revenue every day I am locked out.
Please contact me immediately so I can unlock my account and get my business back up and running. I will gladly update or remove this review once this issue is resolved.

I've been with LCN for more years than…
I've been with LCN for more years than I care to remember. I always find them great to deal with, and I currently have just under a hundred domain names registered with them. I had an issue earlier today where my credit card failed authentication when purchasing a domain name. I dropped them an email, and within minutes Bee from the customer care team called me and walked me through the process of completing the purchase. Thanks for the great support.

Helpful, Professional and easy to talk to
I'm not computer literate, however, they explain everything so easy for me to understand. The whole process is so easy from changing details, passwords etc to receiving informative emails immediately. Once you get through to your extension you actually get a human to talk with straight away, and a very polite and professional one. I can't thank them enough for their easy and professional service.

Easily one of the most expensive renewal prices in the UK - likely spreads to other areas. Zero reason to use them.
LCN used to be an independent, UK-focused host known for decent support (hence previous posotive reviews). However, it was acquired by team.blue - a massive European hosting conglomerate and now rips customers off with 200% increase in prices.

AVOID!
Initially everything was fine and I accepted part of the issue went unchecked by myself for the first 2 or three months with the email hosting as this was a service I did not need as I had obtained the domains before production of my site began.
The LCN control panel has an option for email hosting and if you turn this off thinking it ceases the email hosting option, NOPE its a completely useless feature designed to delay the service being stopped as you must call the unhelpful contact centre to be told the above about the control panel.
The email hosting was terminated refusal of refund for their useless system that is a false flag and after that LCN STILL tried to take the monthly DD for the email hosting.
At this point the DD was cancelled with the bank so they could not attempt to fraudulently attempt to take more money.
They then became pissy sent emails etc and messed with servers so my email hosting with the web developer has been affected,
Domains are now transferred and wouldn't use LCN again if they were the last company standing.
Following on from LCN response, they completely ignored the fact that after they "cancelled" the email hosting side, they still continued to try to take payments and that's why the DD was stopped as I had received the notice from the bank of pending payment.

We're sorry to hear about your frustration, but we do want to gently clarify a few points, as some details don't quite match what we can see on your account.
Our records show that when you called to cancel the email hosting renewal, our advisor confirmed this had been actioned on our side, and a note was left on your account to that effect, so there shouldn't have been any need to cancel the monthly renewal through your bank separately. Our online and offline support teams are always available to help talk through any account settings before it gets to that stage.
We've also checked, and no changes were made to your server settings on our end. If your domain was moved away to a new provider, it was likely still pointing at our mail servers in the meantime, this is a common cause of email disruption after a transfer, and would usually be resolved with a DNS update to point to your new host.
We're sorry the experience left you feeling this way, and we'd welcome the chance to look into the specifics with you directly if you'd like to get in touch.
