Please please please nobody use neosurf services. They keep your money locked up in your account. When you try to contact them they do not respond. They have no telephone contact number, they have no live customer support. All they do is send you a generic email saying here is your reference number someone will respond shortly we are extremely busy. They are disgusting and appalling. The amount of money they must have locked in people's accounts is nothing short of criminal. Take people's money quick enough and then lock it is what they do. Use another company at all costs!!

Been a customer since January 2022 and had nothing but problems with this dodgy backyard company.
Email after email, no reply.
No live chat support.
No phone numbers to call.
Only way is a email. Todays version of snail mail.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BUSINESS.
Honestly only gave one star because I couldn't get any less.

300€ disapeared ? 300€ disparus ?
Everyday, you promise to look into it but it is not the case. I have been waiting for 18 days now for my myneosurf.com balance to be credited with the amount paid out that we see in the history but not in the balance.

I even tried to click "cancel" for 3 January transactions of deposit/credit cards for a total of 299.19€ to recover this sum but it never went on my bank accounts and these 3 cancellations requests do not appear in history of myneosurf.com account nor the 300€ in my myneosurf.com balance while we still see the line +300€

Where are my €300?
Send this 300€ back to the merchant 20903 if you don’t want to give it to mem do something otherwise I will have to lodge a complaint to police to be able to request to my bank to cancel credit/card deposits on my myneosurf.com account to recover my 300€.

Désolé neosurf n'est pas un site fiable il ont des marches chez les buralistes il ne sont pas valide sur les site c honteux c du vol il ne rembourse pas et ne reponde pas je déconseille les bon neosurf

How are these guys still operating?

I opened the account and made 1st deposit in January. I uploaded my ID documents. Then nothing.

I raise a ticket, they are busy but will look at it, nothing.

I raise another ticket, they say they are busy and will look into it, still nothing.

I log a bad TrustPilot review and Hey Presto! They reply to it and ask me to raise a ticket, hahaha lol.

There is no option on Trustpilot to say that I have already done this twice (and I'm sure they know it). They only give these replies on Trustpilot, so they can be seen to be responding to complaints...

Guess what? Still nothing. It's been 2 months and they won't even reply to the support tickets.

Scammers.

How are they still operating? Are these guys not regulated or answerable to anyone?

J’ai été victime d’une escroquerie sur neosurf, le site ne nous informe pas des piratages existants et n’assume pas du tout la désinformation, à éviter à tout prix

1 week ago my account got blocked. It was due to me purchasing a voucher and then trying to put that voucher into my account. I have emailed multiple times and only got 1 reply saying they're working through customer requests and I'll get an update once they get to it..... It's been now 6 days.

Something needs to change and I would imagine if it was their money, I'd be getting calls daily.

Same here, deposited 100€ via my Mastercard 3 days ago. Money wasn't credited to my account, balance is still 0,00€. Contacted support twice already, no response as of yet. Will take legal steps next.

I just deposited 90gbp to my neosurf wallet but it did not reflect on my account, please help I want to use this money

I just deposit £171 in my account but the site indicated that my balance was only £37, please make an action i am really worried where will my money go.

I did not recieve my 100gbp deposit amount, it said its credited to my account but my balance is still zero, I need answers what happened to my money???

They are utterly disgraceful. In the times of covid, they are holding my 40gbp which I withdrew at least 14 days ago.

They are just scammers.

They use automated email to reply please I beg you avoid them you will suffer mental trauma as they will torture you again and again.

I will be seeking legal advice to sue this shitload of a company.

Je déposer de l'argent sur mon compte my neosurf pour jouer au casino mais comme ça ne marcher pas j'ai demander un remboursement j'ai donc mis mon rib et depuis la demande de remboursement qui date du 10 décembre je n'ai toujours rien reçu, et je l'ai vu que aujourd'hui quand j'ai demander mon remboursement de 75 euros donc je me demande si je vais les récupéré ou comment les contacter car je ne trouve pas leur email . Si quelqu'un a la réponse à mes question je suis preneur merci beaucoup

Validation des documents pour un compte neosurf quasi impossible,frais sur les dépôts en carte neo ,service client au abonné absent.bref un conseil a fuir absolument….

28/12/2021 Zleciłem wypłatę środków na moje konto bankowe, do dziś 05/01/2022 nadal nie ma środków, ani żadnego kontaktu ze strony myneosurf. Dla mnie to zwykła kradzież i sprawę należy zgłosić do UOKiK.

depuis la 02/12/21 j ai effectué un virement de mon compte myneo à mon compte bancaire 573€ j ai toujours rien reçu quelque chose qui n est pas normal 1
2 . Je constate ce soir que mon compte a été bloqué je ne sais pas pour quelle raison déjà j ai toujours pas reçu mon virement et là le compte est bloqué alors j aimerais savoir c est quoi le problème ?
