I send my Cargo last September 26. They say it will take 80 days to arrive in my place in Iloilo. I tracked it so many times until December four it was indicated that it arrived in Philippines. By December 7 it is already en route to distribution team in my area and I will receive an update within 2 to 5 days. I waited until 7 days passed yet there were no update. I send a query email to them and got no answer. I send message to their messenger account but it is only an automated response. After 9 days I send another query email but still of no response. It is just frustrating that you pay them and they are the ones that is giving lead time but is not trying to fulfill that lead time.
How fast is LBC?
From the US to the Philippines in just four days, including the departure date with a different courier—the package arrived in the Philippines on December 4th transferred to LBC. On December 6th, LBC tracking stated it would be shipped via "AIR." According to LBC, I was supposed to receive an update within 2 to 4 days, but none came.
On December 14th, I called the local LBC branch for updates since their main phone line does not allow me to speak to someone—it just redirects me to contact them via Messenger. However, their Messenger chat is system-automated, and their email support is also automated, only directing me back to chat via Messenger.
Eventually, the local LBC informed me that the package was not loaded onto the plane. What kind of business is this? This service does not deserve to be renewed.

One attempt tapos return to sender agad. 5 times ka na tumawag pero puro “expedite” tapos na-return to sender lang. tapos nung sinabi kong ako na lang magpick up, wala naman sa maps or ride hailing apps yung KM23 Na branch “Sir basta cupang-alabang po”. Tapos pag di na alam isasagot, bababaan ka na lang ng telepono 😂

LBC Santiago, Isabela branch service is POOR. My box had been in Santiago branch since last week. As of today & per customer service, they have yet to schedule for delivery.I had followed up and complained 3x and unfortunately, Santiago branch manager made no action at all otherwise, my box should have been delivered at this time.It is frustrating that my box has been kept in Santiago Isabela for days! No acceptable reasons!!! Santiago, Isabela team and branch Manager you are not doing your job as expected from you.

The day that I dropped my 2 boxes in their Union City, CA office, they’re supposed to give me 2 empty boxes as replacement but the lady in the counter said that they don’t have boxes anymore. Ok fine, no boxes it is…But the shipping??? The service is waaaaaay too slow. I dropped my 2 boxes on Sept 18, 2024. It is now Dec. 10 and my boxes are still in their warehouse. This is my first and last dealing with this company.

I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided by LBC. I was expecting a parcel and documents, but initially, they claimed the address was incorrect and that they couldn't find the receiver, who is my mom. This is despite the fact that we've been using this same address for deliveries from services like Grab, TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada without any issues. On the day of the delivery, we didn’t even receive a call to confirm the delivery attempt.
I contacted customer service, and the first agent seemed unsure of her answers and repeatedly put me on hold. When I called again two days later, the agent was rude and unhelpful. Upon checking the LBC Track and Trace, I saw that the parcel was already marked as "dispositioned," so I decided to pick it up directly from their warehouse. Thankfully, two helpful ladies at the warehouse and the branch assisted me in ensuring I could collect the parcel on time.
However, the overall experience was incredibly frustrating, and I am left feeling very dissatisfied with LBC's service.

Worst customer service. Our weekend was wasted because of them. Arranged picked up Saturday and made 3 follow up calls through out the day but keep on saying just wait coz they are still in this and that location. 8:15PM UAE time I made a call again informing that boxes are not yet picked up but just got an answer of we will check. After 15 minutes I got a call from the pick up agent saying that they will not be able to pick up the box as they are loaded already while having karaoke background music. I was informed that they will pick it up the next day in the morning 10am. I informed them to make sure as we have appointment at 11am and we need to leave home. 9am the next day I called operator informing to make sure the pick up should happen at 10am and he said he already sent message to pick up agent. 10:50am I called operator again informing that we need to go out but still no call received from the pick up agent nor they still didn't take the boxes. It's so frustrating as our weekend is wasted just waiting for the boxes to be picked up.

LBC's Abysmal Customer Service and Unreliable Shipping
I am writing to express my profound disappointment with LBC's unacceptable service. My recent experience highlights a complete lack of customer care and an astonishing disregard for timely parcel delivery. Despite providing LBC with all the necessary shipping information, my parcel was significantly delayed.
What's worse, attempting to resolve this issue is frustrating. Their online customer service is virtually nonexistent; there's no way to track effectively or receive timely updates online. Instead, I was forced to repeatedly visit their branch in person, only to receive inconsistent and unhelpful updates. Each visit was a waste of my valuable time, with staff offering little more than vague reassurances and no concrete solutions.
The lack of accountability and the complete absence of a functional online customer service platform are simply appalling. LBC needs to seriously overhaul its operations and invest in proper customer support systems. I strongly advise anyone considering using LBC to reconsider – there are far more reliable and customer-focused shipping companies available. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I will certainly never use their services again.
No proper update until now
Worried about our boxes which still in vitas warehouse since November 20,2024 till now no new update if what will happen and why it takes so long in vitas warehouse and not yet in transit ro Tacloban.

They deserve 0 stars. LBC kalibo branch did nothing but just discourage my family to ship personal goods to US because of all the permits they have to do. No information was given what are the goods allowed and not. My family has to come back how many times to inquire and get more information but they did offer nothing but just discouragement. Idk why you list services you can't do. Or employees are lazy and don't want to deal with the hassle of the job they are hired to do. LBC used to be one of the best shipping company before in the Philippines, but as the years goes by, lots of bad experience from the customers and seems like customer service has gotten worst!!
LBC is a scam
I purchased traditional Filipino knives from the Philippines and the seller shipped my package through LBC, I paid $80 for shipping. When the seller send me the shipment receipt I noticed my address was wrong, the seller immediately went back to LBC to make a correction on my address. After LBC corrected my address the seller sent me the new LBC receipt with my corrected address. 12 days later I still haven’t received my order and the tracking from LBC was not updating, tracking only shows 1 day route. I called LBC to find out what happened to my order, customer service verified my address and guess what, my address on their system was wrong. The wrong address was never corrected, it was still the same wrong address they entered the first time. LBC forwarded my package to DHL to ship to California USA however, due to the wrong address my package went to the wrong state and it was undeliverable. DHL also has the worst customer service. I received a scam text from a +63 phone number which is from the Philippines saying that USPS has my package and I need to pay delivery fee in order to deliver my package, I deleted it. The seller contacted LBC and they sent him a message that says it will be RTO “return to origin”. I contacted LBC to find out what’s gonna happen to my package, the customer service lady doesn’t know what’s going on, what a useless customer service. LBC customer service emails are not responding to my emails, another useless customer service. I felt like LBC did this to have my package “return to origin” to keep it for themselves. How do I know, this is the second time they did this to my package, the first time was from a different seller. Same thing happened, wrong address but that time the seller and I did not noticed. I will update this review after I find out what happened to my package.

Can not be bothered to deliver!
They are meant to deliver a package to our LGU complex . On checking the tracking I find out that at it sits in Cabanatuan expecting me to go and collect it. Absolutely no communication what so ever from LBC Cabanatuan. Much better to use someone like Ninja Van - they go the extra mile and actually deliver. As far as I am concerned tohe package can sit in Cabanatuan for ever - I will make a claim against Amazon US original merchant for non delivery. They are paid to deliver but can't be bothered to get of their behinds and do so. AVOID !
