La peor empresa, la única con la que he tenido problemas. Para empezar, la guía de rastreo está súper desactualizada, te pone que el repartidor se dirige a tu domicilio y se estanca ahí. Gracias a Temu me di cuenta de que según tenían dos intentos de entrega y que no me encontraron en mi domicilio, cuando en realidad estaba súper pendiente de mi paquete. Los asesores solo te amplían los plazos de entrega y te dicen que el repartidor se comunicará contigo, pero NUNCA llaman. ¡Qué falta de respeto!
Very bad courier service.
Very bad customer service. Whenever we call customer care, the representatives do not speak properly and give confusing information from both sides.
Also, in the application, the delivery contact person’s number is shown incorrectly. When we called that number, the person said that he is the wrong person and that his details were mistakenly updated in the application.
This shows complete misguidance and a lack of genuine service. The company appears highly unprofessional, and the overall experience feels unreliable and misleading. It seems like a fake company providing irresponsible service.

Back to it's old habits. Goods seem to be squashed together with no regard for 'fragile items'.
I have received multiple squashed/damaged items since the viral video was shown 5 years ago. And it WAS NOT an isolated incident.
The other thing that they do is change your package status to "Delivered" even though they have not contacted you for delivery, nor even attempted to deliver. This is especially true with the 2 hubs, one in Conner, Apayao and the other in Kabugao, Apayao.
But then again it's the typical Filipino attitude that's responsible for this. The saying of "Filipino's Care" is very accurate, as they only care about THEMSELVES. If it's someone else's items/things, near to no care is taken, have witnessed this numerous times with 'professional' workers and sales assistants.
The other thing is noone seems to know what "Express" means. We've had items sitting at the local hub for 2-3 days before they bother to deliver and it's now getting to the point where we actually go there and get our things.
This can take up to 40-60 minutes as there is no organisation, everything's just dumped into a pile and you have to 'dig' through every item to get your things.
If you are able to, use Flash Express, although not completely 'foolproof' they are still 100% better than J&T Express.
TL;DR: Back to it's old habits, AVOID THEM

The Deliver Rider was very rude, with the tracking ID JT0015256680856, the most ruder rider of J&T express I ever encounter really bad, he kept telling us not to order anymore and order in personal instead really bad attitude.

Disrespectful Service
I just experienced a very disrespectful service from one of your couriers. Aside from the fact that parcels are not being delivered directly to the receiver’s address, customers are also being asked to pay an additional ₱20 for each parcel, which was never clearly explained!
Just a while ago, the courier called me and immediately said, “Reject na parcel nyo ma’am,” without even asking first if I would claim the parcel or not. While I was still trying to respond and clarify the situation, he abruptly ended the call. I found this behavior very unprofessional and disrespectful to customers!
As a customer, I expect proper communication and respectful service. I hope you can look into this matter, address the behavior of the courier involved, and ensure that customers are treated properly.

Hello I would like to report a rider from Puerto Puerto princesa city Palawan Brgy Iwahig Sitio Bucana. Cinancel nya yung dalawang ordered parcel ko without my permission, he didn't even make a call to ask me if kukunin ko yung parcel or not yet he cancel it himself. I really need that order Kasi matagal Kong inantay pero cinancel nya lang ng kusa and take note! That's not the first time na ginawa nya yan! Please do the action para Hindi nya na ulitin yung ganyan! Thankyou.
Small trasaction, Big Help
I went to the J&T BS Aquino, Bagong Nayon, Baliuag, Bulacan Branch to send back a return merchandise that my wife
bought. Unfortunately I didn’t know that I have to do the transaction through the J&T app. But fortunately Nico, the one manning the place was super helpful. After I down loaded the app, snother hurdle again as I forgot my Google password. And true to his helpful ways Nico readily offered to use his own celphone and we finally finished the 75-peso transaction. But for Nico he treated it like amillion one.
Nico keep this attitude up wherever you go as it will take you far.

I sent a parcel from Manila to Batangas. However, the delivery driver called the consignee and told them to pick it up in Santa Rosa, Laguna, which is only about halfway to the intended destination. Will never use this courier again.

How is this company in existence?? Pathetic!! Sent money through this company!!! Will NEVER do it again!! At least 4 Pathetic store locations did not have any cash on hand!!
