Hi J&T HQ and Malaysia management team,
从2026年3月8日到现在的5月,我一直苦苦等待,结果包裹却丢失了,杳无音信。卖家拒绝退款。我买的东西被J&T搞砸了,他们的管理、流程、追踪和客服都糟糕透顶。
请注意,这并非第一次,很多寄件人和卖家都遇到过这种情况。这不是钱的问题,如果物品/文件丢失了,就什么也找不回来了。从2025年开始,情况就每况愈下,现在到了2026年,管理团队却完全拒绝承担责任。
你们提供的服务如此糟糕,真是令人大开眼界。难怪Shopee会终止你们的合同,很多平台的卖家都避免使用J&T,TikTok Shop很快也会禁止卖家使用J&T。
请不要懈怠。你们可以看看社交媒体和论坛上那些愤怒又沮丧的顾客发布的差评。作为买家,我们以后绝不会再购买任何使用J&T的商品。

I’m so disappointed after waiting from 8th March 2026 till now in May. End up parcel lost without a trace. Seller refuse to refund. I bought something that J&T screw up with bad management, process, tracking and customer service.
Please take note, this is not the first time, it happens multiple times to many sender / sellers. Is not about the money and if the item/document is lost, you can’t get back anything. It is getting bad to worst from 2025 and now 2026 with the management team refuse to take accountability at all.
For having below services with fail results really an eye opening. No wonder Shopee terminate your contract, many platforms seller avoiding using J&T and coming soon TikTok Shop will also ban seller from using J&T.
Please do not sleep in your job. You can read multiple bad reviews, social media, forum posted by angry and frustrating customer. For buyer, no more we won’t buy anything that use J&T anymore.

1. 物流追踪:毫无用处,信息毫无意义。送货员谎称“收件人拒收”,自动取消配送。我明明一直在等。而且送货员打错了收件人的手机号码 -
2. 在线客服:毫无用处。根本帮不上忙,也得不到任何帮助。客服总是占线,连包裹在哪个分店都不知道,也没有预计送达日期。
3. 热线电话 1800-82-0022(每日上午 9:00 至下午 7:00):根本打不通。电话总是自动断线。完全无法接通。
4. WhatsApp +60123307223:毫无用处。根本帮不上忙,也得不到任何帮助。连包裹在哪个分店都不知道,也没有预计送达日期。
5. 社交媒体:Facebook。管理员总是删除投诉信息。很多投诉都无人理睬,管理员一两周后就直接删除了。
6. 投诉追踪:我提交了多个投诉,但都被自动关闭了,没有任何人联系我或提供帮助。请查看附件图片。
1. Tracking: Useless not meaning info. Fake claims by delivery person auto decline delivery ‘Item was rejected by receiver’. I was waiting the whole time. Also delivery call the wrong receiver mobile number -
2. Live-Chat: Useless. Never help and no assistance. Chat busy, can’t even tell where the item at which branch is, no delivery date.
3. Hotline number 1800-82-0022 (available 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM daily): Never successful get thru. Call gets disconnected as always. Not reachable.
4. Whatsapp +60123307223 chat: Useless. Never help and no assistance. can’t even tell where the item at which branch is, no delivery date.
5. Social Media: Facebook. Admin keep deleting complain message. So many till admin ignore and delete message after 1-2 week without even bother.
6. Complaint tracker: I opened multiple complaint and it get auto close without even anyone contacting me or helping. Please see the attached image.

Employee attitude is important where ever you work , and it will benefited the whole company/organization.

Extremely Unprofessional Service and Repeated Delivery Mistakes
I’ve been ordering to the same home address in Dubai for the past two years without any issues. But my last two parcels were suddenly sent to Abu Dhabi, even though nothing about my address has changed. When I contacted J&T Express Dubai, the customer service team insisted the address was “wrong,” which makes no sense considering they’ve delivered to the same location many times before.
What made the situation worse was the customer service experience. The agents sounded completely unprepared, as if they had just woken up. They didn’t know how to speak professionally, didn’t understand the issue, and couldn’t provide any real solution. I’ve never encountered such an unprofessional and poorly trained customer service team in Dubai.
This was a very bad experience, and I genuinely hope the company invests in proper training and quality control.

The worst delivery service in Thailand. The delivery guy himself reschedules the delivery and says I requested it, even though no one even called me, and support simply doesn't respond. If you have the opportunity, don't use this service.

The worst experience! I’ve been waiting for this order since the 24 March, 2026. They delayed and cancelled it (Temu), and I had to place the order again. To this day, I’m still waiting. There’s no option to get a refund to my bank account, which is making this whole process incredibly frustrating.

J&T Larkin said they called my receiver for 3 days, but that is not true. My receiver did not receive any calls, WhatsApp messages, or even a single message from them. After 3 days, they suddenly sent a WhatsApp message saying the item was already broken and ready to be returned. They damaged my glass item and returned it.

I’ve come across many negative reviews about J&T Express KSA, but today I want to share a truly positive experience that deserves recognition.
I would like to specially commend the delivery driver, Mubashar Ijaz Muhammad from Medina. Honestly, if I could give him 1000 stars instead of just 5, I absolutely would.
On 30/03/2026, I had a delivery scheduled while I was in Makkah. I informed him that I would only be back on 31/03/2026. What really touched me was the effort he made to ensure my parcel was safe.
Instead of leaving it outside my gate where it could be exposed or unsafe, he went the extra mile and carefully placed it inside my house compound.
This is not the first time he has delivered to my home. Every single time, he has shown professionalism, honesty, and genuine kindness. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and thoughtful in their work.
J&T Express is truly fortunate to have a staff member like Mubashar. He represents the kind of service that builds trust and customer loyalty.
Thank you once again for your outstanding service!

Customer service is worth nothing. I tried to change my address for an order that was just shipped, and they said it was already delivered to me (the tracking timetable clearly shows that it was just shipped), so it's not possible.

تواصلت مع السائق وقال إنه راح يوصلها آخر اليوم… وفي النهاية اعتذر وقال إن مكاني بعيد وسيأجلها لليوم اللي بعده!
لو قال من البداية كنت رحت استلمها بنفسي بدل هالتأخير والاستهتار.
لا يوجد أي أرقام للتواصل مع مشرفين أو مدراء، ولا أي احترافية في التعامل.

One of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had.
My shipment was supposed to arrive three days ago, yet every day the driver picks it up and then returns it to the warehouse because “my location isn’t on his way.”
This happened three times with absolutely no follow-up or responsibility from the company.
I contacted the driver and he promised to deliver it by the end of the day, but later he said my location is “too far” and postponed it to the next day.
Had he said this from the beginning, I would’ve gone to the warehouse myself instead of dealing with all this delay and negligence.
There are no contact numbers for supervisors or managers, and the customer service is completely unprofessional.
Honestly… the service is extremely poor and completely unacceptable. I do NOT recommend dealing with this company.
