Hindi rin sila nagrerespond sa customer service email nila. Wag na kayo dito. sa ibang logistic office na lang kayo. marami nang mas maayos ang service kesa dito.

And I guess with they grew so nonchalant with the reviews and empathetic with their customers as customers don’t have a choice but to still keep using their service and LBC would just continue with their worsening service as they felt like reviews and customers’ experience would not affect their business. If only there is a cheaper and more accessible competitor …

Communication is hard with you guys.

I had my document shipped using your courier. It said 4-5 business days. While I was glad that I received a message telling me that my parcel is arriving a day earlier than expected, I am now disappointed to have my document delayed.

I'm looking at you, LBC San Jose, Nueva Ecija. Whichever branch handles the releasing of deliveries - because when I asked for it in their hub found in Waltermart, even they were unsure which one of the hub is responsible for this.

LBC Customer Service With very Low Morals and Dishonesty
LBC sent a notification stating my package would be delivered on the previously scheduled delivery date. When they didn't show up, they published a blatant LIE and said they tried to deliver at 658pm on this day but no one was home. There were 4 people home the entire day and we have 360 degree security video that proved they didn't attempt to deliver. The next day we contacted customer service in Manila and the lady claimed she could not understand English. I put my Philippine wife on the phone and suddenly the lady could understand English. The refused our offer to send the video footage showing they didn't attempt to deliver, then promised she would call the local delivery and have it delivered that day. She was very rude and just hung up the phone without completing the call. Obviously the package did not arrive. We called again, talked to the same rude lady, who had no problem understanding English on this day and told us she never promised us it would be delivered and that she had no way to contact the local branch. We were lied to by her 3 times and once by the by the local branch. Now she claims she doesn't know when the package will be delivered, but maybe the next day. Keep in mind, I paid exclusively to have a guaranteed delivery 3 days ago. LBC is the worst, most irresponsible delivery company operating today and I will make it my personal goal to ensure everyone is aware of their terrible customer service and operations. They hire people with very low morals who will lie just so they don't have to do their job. Shame on their management.

The baddest company with waste service. Express more than 6 days then should pick it up in Daet. Unprofessional employed and company. Urgent Dokuments are expired because of this long transport for a A4 letter from Manila to Jose Panganiban 325 km. Helpdesc computer what is more stupied then employe.

Super duper poor customer service! manirado nalang mo! No one is responsive sa email. Nag request unta ko na expedite ako package kay need na nako sa bunyag sa akong anak. Dugay kaayo inyong process. 2 weeks na akong package yet wala pa nako nareceived na naa naman unta sya sa CDO. Imagine ni travel ko ug 17kilometers going sa inyong warehouse para e pick up nalang nako ky natanggong sainyong warehouse walay planong edeliver kay I was so eager to have that parcel kay pagkaugma bunyag na sa akong anak grabe pa gyud ka init ko kabaklay unya pag abot ddto muingon ramo ug guba inyong system??! dili ninyo ma trace akong package like wtf?! Nakahilak nalang kos kalagot nagbaklay pahighway like puryagaba kay mo. 1k pa kaayo akong nabayaran sa sf murag kapaspas ang delivery! Puryagaba!
LBC- Worst delivery service
This is the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. The rider tagged my shipment as RTO (Return to Origin) without contacting us at all. There was no call, no message, and no attempt to communicate with the recipient. It’s unbelievable and unprofessional that they marked it as RTO without any conversation attempt. Truly a disappointing and frustrating experience.
After 20 years, leaving LBC, terrible service.
We have used LBC boxs for 20 years. The service in Kent was always very good. But now, over the last 2 years the service has become terrible. Failure to collect box's on time, failure to show up to collect, customer service is non existent and no communication. When collection agent does turn up, tries to push services you don't want on you. Gets upset when you refuse, so he can't earn any commission. Will not be using anymore have found another company.
Needs overall improvement on pick up policies and communication
Scheduled a pickup between 10am–2pm and was told I’d get a 30–60 minute heads-up call. Instead, the driver called saying he was 4 minutes away, which didn’t match what I was told. When I explained I was still 20 minutes out, he refused to wait and said I should have been available the entire time window. My package wasn’t picked up and now has to be rescheduled.
Very frustrating experience, poor communication, inconsistent information between staff, and no consideration for customers’ time. Expecting someone to be available for hours without proper notice is unreasonable. Customer service and coordination clearly need improvement.

LBC theives has stolen items 3 different shipments in a row (since President Duterte left office). We have been loyal customers for over 10 years. They will not take responsibility for their employees opening secured boxes and stealing the contents!! The pick up blames the warehouse, the warehouse blames it on the shipper and the delivery blames it on the warehouse. Each level of shipping state there is nothing they can do.We are demanding compensation but they continue to igore our requests.

hello to all, thankyou LBC for another safe delivery, all items arrived in great condition an iPad, iPencil, jbl speaker, Apple air pods and 2 pair of uGreen clip on ear buds i use the Lbc in Scarborough Sheppard and Brimley, great service there, i send to Tagum City in Davao, Pangasinan and Sarrat in Ilocos, i know i have been lucky over 30 years of Forex boxes and 10 years Lbc, best of luck to all well done Lbc
