Booked a pick up and no one showed up!!! Terrible service
They recommend to book on line if a customer wants to ship a box via sea cargo. Proper booking was made and a pick up was scheduled on Nov 25. No one called or came on the time given even with numerous follow ups on their help line. Nov 26, one even bothered to call or say they could not pick up my box. Very inconsiderate people.

If I could rate you a 0-star business, I would.
You've been in the industry way too long to not have seen the common issues people have been telling you, and nothing was really done.
Poor services in all aspects - delivery & CSR. Before diving into using AI for customer service channels, you should've studied the in's and out's first. It's not helping ease customer frustration, only intensifies it.
You have to hire a better operations manager that could resolve recurring issues TRULY.
You are no way close to smaller competitors in terms of performance. Waiting for the ones that really do well take over the industry, and the ones that aren't doing great (like LBC) be out of the list for large businesses' potential partners.

LBC reliability, duration and pricing
LBC shipping is reliable. I’ve been sending my cargo with them from the UAE to the Philippines for the past 5 years and I never had an incident.
However, duration is very very slow. Aside from the fact that they have increased the price, the duration is even longer than before.

Left 2 boxes at Henderson, NV
Left 2 boxes at the Henderson, Nevada location on September 12, 2025. Called main office 2 times because I couldn’t track boxes. They said the boxes are still in Henderson. Finally made it to port 4 weeks later. Checked today, October 24, and boxes are still in port waiting for ship to depart. Six weeks and boxes only made it to the Long Beach port. Boxes should already be in the Philippines by now. I’ve had other deliveries in 8 to 10 weeks. At this rate, boxes will arrive sometime next year. No more using this place. It’s like they are trying to find the cheapest transport possible. Because that’s the only reason for them taking this amount of time.
Stolen things
Box just arrived, have photos showing they took some things inside. It was completely filled in but daughter sent me photos. Top was changed and sure that some things were stolen. Picked up Sept 19 and just arrived today 23 of October. Disappointing !!! Been using LBC for 16 years in Dubai.

The Most Frustrating Delivery Experience Ever – LBC, You’ve Outdone Yourself!
I honestly don’t know what’s worse: waiting endlessly for a package or being treated like your time, money, and trust mean absolutely NOTHING. Because that’s exactly how LBC has made me feel. My shipment has been “in transit” for DAYS, and the updates? Non-existent. Dead silence. Like my package fell into a black hole and LBC couldn’t care less.
How is it that in 2025, when we can literally track satellites in outer space, LBC can’t give a single decent update on where a package is? Instead, all I get is the same robotic nonsense: “En route, next update in 2-5 days.” TWO TO FIVE DAYS?! Are you hand-carrying my shipment barefoot across the mountains?
It’s not just incompetence—it’s sheer disrespect for customers. Every delay, every vague status, every minute of not knowing where my shipment is feels like being slapped in the face. And LBC seems to operate on the principle of “we’ll get to it when we feel like it,” as if we’re all just supposed to sit and accept mediocrity.
LBC loves to brag about being “reliable.” Reliable at what? Testing people’s patience? Playing hide-and-seek with packages? Crushing customers’ trust? If this is the “standard” of service, then congratulations, LBC—you’ve perfected the art of disappointment.
I paid for a service. What I got was anxiety, wasted time, and a front-row seat to the slow-motion trainwreck that is your logistics system. If LBC thinks this is acceptable, then maybe it’s time the entire country stops tolerating this circus act of a courier and demands BETTER.
Until then, LBC, enjoy this review—it’s the only thing moving faster than my shipment.
LBC Dumaguete delivery is the worst
Why are LBC so bad at delivery in Dumaguete? Package one: I get text we deliver today. No one came or called. Day two: Same. No one came or called and told they didn't come. I called call center and they said it will come but didn't. Two wasted days waiting.
You are lying to your customers and that doesn't make you trustworthy. I had to pick up the parcel myself to get it.
And now package number two its all the same. Cant you just stop deliver packages when your Dumaguete branch cant act like a professional company!
Ive never seen a more amateur and disrespectful treatment if customers.
Price going up, quality of service going down
Parcel is still on the vessel, 95 days, and counting. They even charged me extra because they said the parcel is too heavy. Before they will charge a flat rate regardless of the weight, as long as it fits on the box. But not anymore. This is the last time I will be using their service.

This is the worst courier company. A well deserved negative stars but apparently it wasn’t on the choices. I scheduled a picked up my boxes 2 months ago. Got a phone call on the day the boxes were being picked up only to be told if they can pick up the boxes the following day at 9am because my location was out the day. I was nice and just said ok. But for crying out loud, what’s the point of scheduling in advance if it won’t be respected! The following day, I called and was told if it can be picked up at 130 pm to 2pm as I’m writing this review the boxes are still at my place and it’s almost 2 pm. What the F LBC?!!! Grrrr

They lie and say the resident was not reachable with ever even trying to deliver then they return to sender with no follow up attempts or contact to the recipient at all. Absolute garbage company so ridiculous. People like this give Filipinos a bad name.
