Not recommended! Mga walang kwenta at mga tamad mag attend sa mga customers na may concerns. Mag 3 weeks na yung parcel ko wala pa rin silang solution pano ma resolve yung concern ko! Even nag email na ako pinasa pasa lng ako! Walang mga kwenta talaga!

I was expecting to receive my blue print from my architect for a new residential building but the couriers of LBC in Santa Rita Bulacan are very lazy that they did not want to deliver my package. I contacted the customer service for multiple times to complain about it until they delivered it. The LBC of Santa Rita Bulacan sucks!
LBC Thieves
This has been one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had with LBC. Not only were several valuable and sentimental items missing from my delivery, but the courier company has refused to take responsibility or investigate the matter properly, despite clear signs of theft or mishandling.
Here’re the items missing from two boxes:
A rectangular Amazon box containing personal gifts for my aunt: a mix of bags, a dress, necklaces, earrings, pouches, and scarves — all completely gone.
A red toy car — only the remote was delivered. The car itself was missing from the packaging.
A large plastic bag filled with chocolates from Costco, worth $45, was also missing.
I reported the issue promptly, only to have the delivery company dismiss my complaint entirely, denying any wrongdoing. This is especially alarming considering that some packaging did arrive — but not the contents — which clearly points to tampering.
This company has demonstrated:
Negligence in securing parcels
Lack of transparency
Zero accountability
These weren’t just random items — they were gifts for loved ones and represented both financial and emotional loss.
It's not my nature to audit items hence it is highly likely that LBC has been thieving from my boxes until I found out in this occasion.
I strongly urge others to be cautious using this courier service. If your packages go missing, don’t expect help or honesty. I’m now pursuing other avenues to report the incident and will not be using this service again.

Carelessly handled
Obviously as you see on the nature or physical appearance of the box any fragile or delicate items inside the box will definitely be damaged. Evidence of mishandling and impact that box fell down.
Our package is nowhere to be seen after 2 working days
Our package was shipped on friday, on monday morning it arrived to the delivery branch and wasn't put on delivery the same day. Today it's on delivery but the courier is nowhere to be seen and only 50 minutes are remaining.
There's a passport with visa inside.

I am extremely disappointed with LBC Express and feel obligated to share my experience publicly, after over a year of unresolved issues and countless follow-ups that have led to nothing but frustration.
I shipped 13 Balikbayan boxes from the UAE to Manila, and the entire experience has been a nightmare:
My boxes were delayed by more than 6 months with no clear explanation.
When I finally received the last 3 boxes, many items were missing, damaged, broken, or had expired — including spoiled food and destroyed goods.
I filed a formal complaint with full documentation — receipts, photos, videos, screenshots — and yet, nearly 7 months later, I’ve only received copy-paste responses from various customer service agents.
Every time I follow up, I’m told my case is “being forwarded to the concerned department.” That has been their answer for nearly a year.
I’ve spoken to multiple LBC staff members, but there's been no accountability, no update, no compensation, and not even a proper apology.
To make matters worse, I’ve had to rent an apartment in Manila (₱16,000/month) just to receive and monitor the boxes, waiting for a resolution that never came.
LBC has shown a complete lack of customer service, poor internal communication, and what feels like an effort to avoid responsibility entirely.
I trusted this company with my hard-earned money and precious shipments meant for family and charity purpose— and in return, I’ve been met with delays, damage, and silence.
I’ve raised this to the DTI, and if still unresolved, I will pursue legal and international consumer actions.
To anyone reading this: think twice before trusting LBC Express with your Balikbayan boxes or overseas shipments.
LBC still has the opportunity to make this right. I’m waiting — but I won’t be silent.

Having used them once I'll never use them again. My pinay wife sent 32 large boxes from Sydney to Lucena in March 2025. 31 boxes arrived in decent shape although 2 boxes were dropped and most contents damaged. 1 box is still sitting in Sydney depot 4 months later and no way to contact these people. When enquiring about this in Phils we always get the same answer, get someone in Sydney to contact the depot. This is because they don't want to pay for an international call to sort it out. When we get someone in Sydney to call them, they claim box already delivered even though their tracking shows it hasn't. I'm 56 years old and lived in a few countries but I've never experienced such a low customer service, even by filipino standards they are way below the mark. They simply don't care. I would recommend to anyone to find an alternative.

This has been the most stressful and disappointing experience I’ve ever had with a cargo company. I paid for air cargo which they advertise as “5–10 days.” It’s now the 18th day, and my box has been sitting in Cabanatuan since June 19 with no updates, no delivery, and no response to my emails.
I trusted LBC to handle my shipment with speed and reliability, but this has turned into a nightmare. The lack of transparency, poor customer service, and complete disregard for timelines is unacceptable. If I wanted to wait this long, I could have just used sea cargo and paid less.
Save yourself the stress and money. Do NOT use LBC. I DID GIVE THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT DESPITE OF THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IVE BEEN READING BUT NOW, IT IS PROVEN AND TESTED THAT LBC IS THE WORST!
THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE THE 1 STAR. WORST.
Track and trace
Please improve your track and trace.. please have an employee to update it.. like for example in my case.. it says en route to (destination place) and they will say expect update in 2-5days but it's been two weeks still no update.. when you contact there so called 24/7 hotlines and ask about your balikbayan box.. they will just tell you about the track and trace info which is you already know.. you don't even deserve a one star. And please don't promise that they will receive the package within 30 working days if you can't..
