Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Worst email support. Delivery riders did not even attempt to call! If there's 0 star rating, i would definitely give that.
Bad service
Missed delivery due to conflicts with schedule and messaged the courier after an hour but no response. No 2nd attempt for delivery! Even when their website says that they usually try 2x. They sent back parcel to sender

Spent an entire week waiting for my package to arrive and the courier service has not given proper updates on a package supposed to arrive on june 12.
Customer service is ass. Half the time its an idiot on the other line who cant even handle simple queries. Avoid at all cost. As of now i have yet to receive my package and their supposed accurate tracking hasnt done jack shit. Garbage service. Dumpster fire.

I’m very disappointed with the service from this LBC Courier. There have been multiple shipment delays without any clear communication or updates. Even worse, their customer support is practically non-existent — no one responds to emails or phone calls, making it incredibly frustrating to get any help or information. Reliable logistics and responsive support are essential in this industry, and unfortunately, this company failed on both fronts. I do not recommend them based on my experience.

I'm very disappointed with their service I shipped a dress for my cousin, I was very vocal to her that, that dress is my birthday present to her and she has nothing to worry about paying anything because I will take care of the shipment fee. I go to the LBC branch and pay for everything including shipment fees , I had the receipt only to find out that they also asking my cousin for payment. I told her I already pays for it but LBC personnel said my cousin needs to pay again because it was under cash on delivery, how come? I was confused it was cash on delivery when I already pay every single pe
nny on the fees. the LBC branch suggest my cousin to just pay it and just let me talk to that branch and get my payment back. do you know how inconvenience it is for us? driving again to your branch just to get my payment refunded? and also good thing my cousin had money along with her but what if she's not capable of paying anything that time? what now? Poor service, Poor costumer communication, staff should told me that kind of policy so inconvenient can be avoided.
Delivery Coverage Issues for 5+ days (45 minutes away from destination)
I am truly not impressed with LBC Express. My girlfriend is waiting for a letter, and it has been stuck 45 minutes away from her home for 5 days. They keep updating the tracking with "Your shipment was not delivered due to delivery coverage issues. Delivery may take more than one day."
I believe they should not be allowed to be called express anymore, because this is the opposite of express.
Changed from 1 to 3 stars because apparently the courier is the only person working the route, and apparently Saturdays is his scheduled delivery time. So he cannot be blamed, but I still think it took too long to give any higher score.

Disappointing
Unfortunately we have been truly let down by LBC we sent the parcel with LBC February 4th we are now on June 1st and the parcels still has not been delivered some mindanao it's unfortunate as we send parcels home for food clothing etc and by the time the food gets there is expired because it's taking LBC so long to deliver the parcel truly disappointing

My two boxes showed up late as many have had according to the reviews. I actually flew to the province to meet them and be with my family when they came, I was so happy to finally get them, during the time we all went Facebook live in a family chat group of like hundreds of people. The two boxes were missing a lot of items stolen from the boxes I complained to the Naga city branch nothing ever happened no one cared. I called the Portland Oregon branch same thing they had a hundred reasons as to why no investigation was started. I was sent after more than 15 complaint calls and more then 1 month after the fact of my stolen items a form to fill out this I did. Then the emails stopped, and they won't reply back. Because this company has failed to deliver on their commitments and said shipping. I would caution anyone using this shipping company their employees in naga city and other areas within different provinces seem to have a history of stilling others merchandise. Any company, that endorses this is as deceptive and crooked as the ones doing the thefts themselves.

Never use. They collect payment and then won't even deliver. Will make up lies and excuses. You won't be able to contact them.

had a 10kg parcel shipped from the phillipenes to the UK and it took around 5 days to reach me- extremely quick service

Hindi manlang nagtetext na darating na yung package tapos kapag hindi nasagot ang tawag kasi may gagawin or nasa class sasabihan ka pa ng "thank you po" tapos hindi manlang magsikap na hanapin yung address na nakalagay sa package, gusto pa sunduin. Naglagay pa ng note na nakalagay "there's no such address chuchu" e hindi naman hinanap. Tapos nung tinuruan ayaw puntahan tapos puro tanong nang "saan banda" kahit sinabi na kung saan banda. Nagsabi na rin ng landmark para mapuntahan yung bahay sasabihin pa "pumunta na po ako hindi ko alam yung ganyang store" TEH KUNG PUMASOK KA TALAGA KALAKI LAKING SIGN NUNG LANDMARK. Tapos kapag sinabihan na mag ask sa landmark na yon about sa gantong tao para maituro sa address hihirit pa ng "maganda sana ma'am if ihahatid nila ako sa address" SIR, ANAK BA KITA PARA IPAHATID PA? Worst courier kayo, daig pa kayo ng shopee, lazada, at tiktok shop. Gusto pa bumalik sa ibang araw e gusto niyo lang naman ng additional fee. WORST EXPERIENCE PARA SA ISANG COURIER!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
My air package was out for delivery for…
My air package was out for delivery for 2 days according to their tracking program which is outdated and not real time. The warehouse is less than 10 km from the delivery place and it is taking two days. It so happened that I have electronics and pair of sneakers in my air parcel it’s being delayed. Maybe someone wants to steal it. The customer service is useless. Their info is the same as what you have online. My friend told me usually they don’t have a driver or vehicle to deliver because of the many packages they have. They just put out for delivery in the tracking system while the package is seating in the warehouse.

LBC EXPRESS INC. picked up a box from my home on 21 March 2025. It’s still at the port of origin and not likely to be delivered for another 60 days. Around 4 months total. It’s a far cry from the promised “it will be on the ship at the end of March”… I don’t mind that it takes time, I just don’t like being lied to and a company misrepresenting their service. They advertise “We serve Filipinos with our excellent service no matter where in the world they may be.” Seems we have a different idea of excellent service. I’m glad there are other options - I’ll be using a different company in the future

I reported to LBC over several weeks ago
of my Lost Laptop and Damaged Items,
The box arrived but the laptop was gone.
Next time I'll just use local post office.
I Called, Emailed and Visited their branch,
They passed me around like a basketball,
no response and resolution has been made,
I will have to escalate to higher authorities.
