Delivery drivers are rude and don't give you a heads up on when they would deliver the package expecting somebody would always be at home to receive when they don't even give plenty time to react. This is a stupid system and should be changed because customers are paying for the proper service.
Incompetent and Lazy Couriers
Their couriers are lazy and incompetent. They don't bother to text or call about deliveries. If no one is home they just return the package to the sender. They send an autogenerated delivery message with no cell number, so it's impossible to actually contact the courier to make alternate delivery arrangements. LBC is a 4th rate courier service and best to avoid unless you are a masochist. EDIT: Upgrade from 1 star. After contacting LBC through Facebook they required me to fill out an online form outlining my grievance. Surprisingly, a courier did contact me and my package was delivered. I still only rate 3 stars because a consumer should not have to go to these lengths to get their package delivered.

Worst customer service. Lazy delivery drivers who would not even attempt to contact you and straight up cancel the delivery.
2 folding umbrellas were missing from the box.
Delivery on one of the packages I sent around the holidays took more than 3 months. I thought that's fine since it's a busy season. Recently, I inquired about some of the items that I sent in that box and realized the 2 umbrellas were missing.
LBC is a waste of money
LBC is a waste of money. One of the worst companies in the Philippines. You pay for overnight shipping, after 3 days it's still not delivered. Their tracking constantly shows blatant lies like "nobody was home". Stay away from that company, they totally suck.

Lbc did not try to contact me and still logged 3 failed delivery attempts. Very poor communication channels, CSR hang up when they cannot answer the question. Poor service all in all
MOST UNRELIABLE
Always delayed delivery. And always failed delivery without informing me of the reason of the problem! Very poor customer service. I hope some other company steps up so we can transfer! LBC is obviously a very UNRELIABLE COMPANY! Take your business elsewhere if you have a choice.
MISSING EXPENSIVE GIFT ITEMS IN THE BOX
I sent my box from Dubai to PH. I don't usually send box to PH. I always bring stuff with me when travelling back home. But this time I just need to send over with my used clothes and shoes with it.
Finally, the moment it arrived it took exactly 3 months, from October 2024 to January 2025.l, I was fortunate to receive it myself while on my vacation. I was so disappointed that most of my expensive gifts for my fam wasn't there, most were branded ladies bags, shoes and perfumes. It was mixed up with some of my branded used clothes, some ladies and men shoes, most of the used ones were there in the box while the brand new ones worth around i think 60K just went missing.
Afterwards, I noticed a slice in the corner of the box then it got covered up with tape. The condition of the box was wrecked, dents all over, half full.
I felt shocked to know that this reputed company was doing this kind of theft. So disappointing, I was so devastated knowing i lost those precious gifts bought from my hard-earned money just for them to take it.
I heard the same story with a family friend with an LBC box from Canada. Looks like they are very needy, such greedy people in these boxes warehouses nowadays.
From that moment on it will be the first and the last time I will use LBC for sending goods. I'm just letting all of you people know. FYI

Here we go shipment is loaded in Vancouver on Oct 29 then Nov 4 boxes left with estimated arrival of Nov 21 but on Nov 9 shipment is still waiting to depart then on Nov 18 boxes on the way to Philippines but the next day they are on the way to Taiwan. Dec 8 arrive in Taiwan and Dec 9 left for Manila with arrival on Dec 24 still good OK next thing it’s now not leaving until Dec 19 then on Jan 2 boxes on the way to Manila arriving Jan 16, but the boxes are still sitting in Taiwan, Jan12 left Taiwan but Jan 20 is when it actually left. Jan 24 arrive Manila same day to Customs processing. Good this is better I can now expect to see the boxes usually within 3 to 4 days, however not so the ass dragging continues it took 20 days to get from Manila to La Union, we Picked up the boxes on Feb 12 our self, it was not delivered as the tracking suggests.

I ordered boxes, let alone just boxes! And they have not delivered or returned the money that I requested to be refunded. I have been battling them for almost a month. This shows that they are not a reputable company, as they don't care about the customer. You are not in good hands with this company. I will not use them to send my balikbayan box.

Useless customer service numbers
Useless customer service numbers, no live agents, always an AI that loops into the tracker that doesn't address issues when their delivery guys steal packages or leave the packages with other people and not asking for identifcation. you have no way of retrieving anything, and an email to them will result in an email back linking you back to their messenger and the AI loop. Will use more professional courier companies from now on like Air21 and DHL.
Useless people
Useless people! An incorrect address? How stupid do you think we are to provide an incorrect address and contact number? The deliverer hasn’t even called yet, and the update doesn’t seem to reflect any attempt to contact the receiver or mention an incorrect address! We are paying for your service, and it’s really expensive! You should shut down if you can’t fix these issues! Your customer service is completely useless!

LBC provides the lowest level of service. From failed delivery attempts reasons that are all lies, to customer service that is non-existent. DFA should end their partnership with LBC. LBC is unreliable and cannot be trusted with important documents, such as Philippine Passport.

Sent package to my family
Sent package to my family, Kuwait to Philippines, Sent in September and they guaranteed me delivery before Christmas. We are now February and still no delivery. Customer Services is non existent. Will now be taking legal action for stolen goods.

Day 1 - No one at home to receive delivery-lie, recipient at home all day.
Day 2 - The delivery van broke down - excuse or lie, I suspect the latter.
