Next day delivery - a joke
Next day delivery. Within Manila Philippines.
Only 3 days late.
They tell lie after lie.
Day 1 - No one at home to receive delivery-lie, recipient at home all day.
Day 2 - The delivery van broke down - excuse or lie, I suspect the latter.
Phoned to complain, call cut off mid sentence- unbelievable rudeness.

I honestly think you don’t deserve not even a star, but because I can’t leave it blank I put one. I am so frustrated writing this review as I haven’t receive the documents that was sent to me through LBC express. They said it’s only 3-4 working days to arrive (from Philippines to Canada) it’s been two weeks now and I can’t even call their hotline. It’s been more than a week when I started to use their tracking website and I only read SHIPMENT ON HOLD.
I am hoping someone will step up to fix the issue not only for me but for others who put their trust in this company. Thank you!

my sister went to pick it up one of LBC's branch in Nabunturan davao de oro she ask them when can you deliver the box they said no schedule yet, so my sister decided to pick up the box her self, when my sister got home they opened the box so they called me to report they received to door to door box, i ask how is the box they said the box is malowagna, 25 to 30 percent was stolen from the package

LBC did not show up to pickup my boxes
LBC did not show up to pickup my boxes. What happened LBC??? Even the customer support cannot even give you a status on when the driver can pick-up. It seems like the driver is the one running the show.
A terrible experienced
I bought alingatong teabags from Bay, Laguna and use this service by the seller. Pick up location at Tungkong Mangga. They send notification and tracking number, but during pick up dont want to release after showing id's like driving license, passport. Asking for Intr'l driving license, coz my son is having vacation he' Fil-Cad. I dont understand, why they dont want to release the parcel. The purpose of id is to make sure that you are not releasing to the right person. They gave him hard time, my son need to ask lbc Bay to change the recepient after having conversation with the seller and people from lbc. No way to release under my son's name. I was so furious and my BP went up. It's very unacceptable whatever their reason. I DON'T UNDERSTAND.!!!! From now on I will not use threir services! Very bad, horrible...it sucks!!!

LBC sucks! We sent 4 boxes from SF to Norzagaray, Bulacan on 11/26/2024. One box was delivered on 1/18/2025 and tracking info show that the remaining boxes are still in Taiwan due to congestion. Are you serious? Shipment arrived in Taiwan on 12/14/2024. I’ve contacted Taiwan port and according to them due to congestion, shipments will be delayed maximum of 3 days. What the hell, LBC? You guys should change your company name to L-BWSIT because that’s the kind of service you are providing anyway.

We use lbc for decades my family got the balikbayan box yesterday 1/17/2025 at Marikina city it was re tape and there’s contents that was missing expensive one. It’s time to switch carrier. Shame on you whoever u are.
PS. Usually before delivery the recipient will sign a receipt but this time they give only a blank piece of paper for the recipient to sign.

I was scheduled for collection of box…
I was scheduled for collection of box yesterday 16/01/2025 at 18:15. Did not get any update about the the delayed of collection. It was around past 22:00 when they collected it. Phoned LBC customer service to verify if my box was successfully picked up, because they haven't updated me as well as I am at work by that time. Customer service personnel wasn't friendly to me at all, was rude cutting me while talking and immediately end the line. As a first time sender this wasn't helpful at all. I don't recommend using this courier if you are a beginner. Very disappointed with their service.
Scam sometimes if you use their COD service!!!
LBC i use for business and already 2 times they didn't transfer the COD amount to bankaccount. I first needed to ask where is my payment after waiting over 4 weeks. Then recently it happened again. Texted the support and already waiting more than two weeks. Looks like they are trying to scam their customers. Hate that, i dont want to check if every payment is coming and then wait for weeks. Pretty sure if i wouldnt recognize it they just would keep the money. I hate you.
Worst service and also on if mist pricy shipping. Took me over one full month to get a response from the email customer service. Cannot recommend as a business owner!! Better go j&t

I know issues cannot be avoided sometimes but goddamn, their customer service is basically nonexistent or is just there to aggravate you more.
Unreliable delivery service
I had a truly frustrating experience with this delivery service. I ordered a package that was supposed to arrive within 2-3 business days, but after nearly one week of delays, it still hadn’t arrived. To make matters worse, the tracking information was inconsistent and often showed that the package was “out for delivery,” only for it to be mysteriously delayed again the next day.
I attempted to contact customer service multiple times, but every interaction was unhelpful, with long wait times and no real solutions. They kept giving me vague responses like "It's on the way," but they couldn't provide any concrete updates.
This lack of communication and reliability is unacceptable, and I will definitely be looking for alternative services in the future. If you value timely deliveries and good customer service, I would strongly advise against using this company.

Sorry LBC but i will give you only 1 star for this time. Because base on your lists.. southern/northern luzon takes only 1 to 2 days but takes 4 days this day and 5 days for tom. How disappointment LBC.😞

Impossible to reach customer service
I ordered a gift for my fiance in the greater capital area and needed to get ahold of someone to help us resolve an issue. My only recourse was an email or Facebook messenger. Messenger for them is operated by a bot with very limited capabilities so there's really no way to get live help. A terrible experience and business model

LBC is horrible!!! My medicine was shipped out from Manila to Cebu on December 20 and now it’s already Dec. 27 and still not delivered!!! The online tracking state on December 23 the package made it to Cebu but it wasn’t delivered. Then it says it was not delivered due to some bullshit excuse that they will deliver it the next business day. Comes December 26 still no delivery and update on the tracking since Dec. 24…Now December 27 still no update! What a crappy service!!! I called the Cebu number and the number doesn’t work. I emailed customer service and no response! How do you stay in business???
