Meron sana akong delivery ngayon. Walang tawag galing sa rider pero nagka problema daw kasi hindi nila ako ma hanap. Meron silang pinag tanongan ng tao, at hindi din alam kung sino ako. Tumigil na sila ng pag hahanap. ANG TATAMAD NYO!

Very poor service!!

Our package has been in customs for over 1 month, and LBC agents have been irresponsible in providing updates. They keep telling us to check the website and claim they have “no control over customs,” but they should still follow up and provide specific information.

This lack of accountability is frustrating and unacceptable. We do not recommend this courier.

Balikbayan Shipment

Balikbayan Shipment
This the first time my spouse and I have use LBC to send Balikbayan boxes to love ones in the Philippines. The process of shiping our boxes from Canada went well and we appriciated the fact that you could track your shipment via their wedsite. Now my complaint is that our shipment was sent on October 17, 2025 from Vancouver Canada and we were able to track the transit all the way to Manila Philippines which arrived at Custom December 15, 2025 and according the the lastest update sent to their LBC warehouse on the same day. So far things looks promissing and we were hoping that the boxes would be diliverd shortly after, But it trurn out that our shipment is still at their warehouse ( January 19, 2026) and it is impossible to get any new updates and contact anyone via their website Contact page as it is a "no reply" geniric message to say to track your parcel via their web page. We call their local office in Vancouver only to being told that the only information they have is the same as on the website. Very poor service from their part. I will give it an other month before filling a complaint with my local Better Business Bureau in BC

Inaccuracy/No customer chat support

After continuously monitoring the status of the shipment, 6 days after, delivery is confirmed as delivered, but the recipient did not receive the package neither a call from the courier. This is stressful as no customer care to chat with for support

LBC tracking is almost non-existent

LBC tracking is almost non-existent. The data on the website is outdated and/or even incorrect! When you call customer service, while extremely courteous, they are unable to give you any information and say that your delivery will be expedited - which has NEVER been the case. They would be better off with NO TRACKING and just accurate updates when shipped, and when received at the warehouse for delivery because everything else is just noise.

Service needs Improvement

My friend in Davao sent me fruits (pomelo, chico, mangostene) last Dec 29, 2025 and paid 1600 for the said shipment. She was told 3-5 days delivery maximum 7 days on certain circumstances. It is fruits so it must be labeled perishable and needs to reach it’s destination (Iloilo) the soonest time possible. My mom checked it in Lbc office Iloilo and was given a contact number that no one’s answering until your 20th call attempt. The shipment arrived in Iloilo Jan 3 but no further updates on tracking site. Then by Jan 6 finally the delivery in charge answered the call and if my mom wasn’t forcing them to deliver the same day, they would have delivered it on the 7th, 8th or 9th who knows… We received the fruits but it was rotten only the pomelo is edible. We were told it’s not their fault but the fault of the receiving office in Mlang coz it’s peak season and delay is inevitable.

Now doubtful to use LBC service the next time

My past experience with sending balikbayan boxes thru LBC in the past were okay and arrived as expected. This time, I sent a medium size box last Sep2025 and it started with calling the customer service for a pick up date and time, packed the box ahead ready and been planning to send it in time for Christmas 2025. Now comes the customer service says that next pick up date is in 2-3 days so that my box can reach the cutoff for Christmas delivery. staff says she will pass this pick up request to the collector man and I got reassured they will do it so I won’t miss this slot. Then few days after, the contact number for the courier man was given, I was told by this man that he already came from our area the night before, and he did not received any order to collect my box yet. So I will then be scheduled for next collection which is next week. I was very frustrated to learn this, it only means that the customer service did not do her best to help and made sure collection will be confirmed. Now, this all means that my effort to fill the Christmas box won’t reach on time. Secondly, the collection day comes, I was still charged the full price despite mentioning twice if I can get back the amount of paid for the LBC box as I had it few years back, I obviously don’t have the receipt anymore but the box is not free! I just let that go too. Now, I am tracking the box en route which they initially said is expected to arrive between Christmas and New year, but upon checking, it is further delayed from its arrival to Taiwan port. This is all first time bad experience with LBC

Update: box arrived 3rd week of January 2026

I would have rated them a 0 but the…

I would have rated them a 0 but the only option is a 1. It took them over 4 months to deliver the box I sent; and when it got there, it was completely destroyed. Their customer support is non-existent if any issues do arise. Additionally, they don't reply to BBB complaints either. I will be continuing to escalate this as far as I can and will be pursuing any available insurance due to their complete destruction of the box. Highly do not recommend. If you want a special occasion ruined; go with LBC Express.

This is very lousy service

The sender paid more than 900 for door-to-door delivery last December 8, but until now it still hasn’t been delivered. What’s worse is that the tracking shows it as FOR PICK-UP, even though we paid for door-to-door service.
This is very lousy service. You might as well just close. It’s embarrassing, your Trustpilot reviews don’t even reach a 2 🤮. You can’t even provide a branch contact number so the receiver can coordinate.

Deliveries is worst than the pandemic…

Deliveries is worst than the pandemic times. I am looking for other alternatives now. Luckily I don’t use the remittance service anymore. Use other alternative like remitly, world remit.western union GCASh o BDO. I use world remit and I only use the point of a finger to do transactions, I ether lying in bed or in the toilet you can do business. It is just like counting one to three. I sent two different balikbayan boxes. One for LBC going to MetroManils or NCR. The box coming from LBC has not arrived yet as of Dec 12, 2025 at 3:53 PM. The other box coming from BM express already arrived yesterday and yet the destination is in ilocos region which is around 12 hours drive or around 500 kilometres away. My view now is to not ever use LBC like the remittance. I already cut them off. No more next time. I had enough of your Bull$hit.

Not gonna use this service anymore

The service I received was absolutely unacceptable. I’m dealing with a serious personal circumstance that forced me to sell my home, and when I called your team at LBC, I was assured—very clearly—that the box would be collected well before my moving date. I was promised a timeline of two weeks before the move, and I trusted that.

You then scheduled the collection a week before my moving day, which I appreciated… until the actual day arrived. The driver called me only to say that he might return the rented van late, and because of that, he didn’t want to collect the box and that they could risk a penalty charge. This was early in the day, nowhere near closing time, so the excuse was unacceptable and completely unreasonable.

I even called your contractor directly, hoping someone would take responsibility or offer a solution. Instead, I was met with complete indifference — and worse, I was laughed at while explaining how urgent and stressful my situation is. This is not just about a box; I’m dealing with multiple heavy life challenges all at once, and your team’s behaviour added unnecessary anxiety during a time when I needed professionalism the most.

The entire experience has been appalling, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing. I expect this to be taken seriously, addressed properly, and corrected immediately.

Service is garbage

Service is garbage. They will hold packages for weeks and not deliver them. Customer service is horrible, no results. Constantly hangs up the phone instead of talking to you. Unfortunately, if you are shipping to the Philippines you don't really have a choice.

Honestly one of the worst couriers in…

Honestly one of the worst couriers in the PH!
Booked via customer service agent for a RUSH delivery. Stated again and again that I need this item picked up today coz the item needs to be delivered the following day or the next. Nobody picked up the item and customer service line was an HOUR of waiting. Truly the trashiest service. Just personally walk and deliver the item yourself rather than deal with LBC.

JNT vs LBC

Tried to deliver the exact same parcel vs another courier, then J was charged at almost 4× the usual price at LBC. I even have proof of the previous transaction for comparison. (try checking my google review at JNT Manggahan Guadalupe Branch)

There was no clear explanation why the rate suddenly increased so much.

LBC really needs to improve their customer service, transparency in pricing, and proper staff training.
