Worst

Worst! Tried to call their number for inquiries re: my mail. Over 5 mins and nobody picked the call. They intend to keep you waiting until your load for calls is over or until you get billed 100x more than your mail or package worth. WORST COURIER CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE PHILIPPINES!

Rude staff LBC Abanao Baguio

encountered with a staff member namely ROSE ANN RANIN at your LBC Abanao branch in Baguio City on March 15,2026
I was extremely disappointed by the unprofessional and rude behavior of your personnel.Was dismissive,refused to answer basic question and very rude behavior especially to elder a senior citizen.(Tracking #: 313937585672.
As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy and professional service. This experience has negatively impacted my view of LBC’s service standards in the Baguio area.
I request that this matter be investigated and that the staff involved be coached on proper customer handle.This experience has made me disappointed.

Recently have a bad experience like… Delivery poor packaging to protect the item and long duration of deliveries

Recently have a bad experience like shipping a certain document and I have an experience to other shipment express they provided a hard envelope like carton for the document and charges more less than LBC. But with LBC I am very disappointed because the document only wrapped in plastic and when the document comes it was like crumpled but again it is my fault because my sister shipped me using Lbc even though a long time ago I was not really satisfied with the services and the duration of the delivery and all! Again hoping to make your services meet your charges of ship fees because you charge a lot more than other shipment companies! I am not mad just sad for your future customers that would possibly experience same as mine huhu

They used to be so reliable

They used to be so reliable. I shipped from Los Angeles to Manila. My boxes arrived in “Upper Pasig” five days ago. I live down the street and still have not received my boxes. They are sitting in some hot warehouse melting. So frustrating to try to reach someone on their Facebook messenger that they use. And they’re still claiming that the pandemic is slowing down their service. It’s 2026! Is anyone still working at LBC?

LBC balikbayan box dilivery team in…

LBC balikbayan box dilivery team in Philippines has very slow and poor service, they don't have active contact numbers to follow, they don't even bother to call or send message to the recipients mobile number before dilivery for recipients to be ready, after it they blame you if you're not home, box arriving with several dents, don't recommend this,
I tried Forex cargo , faster service, they message you before dilivery and Box arriving like brand new

Actual Rating: Zero star! Forced to give 1 star due to platform limitations.

LBC Express was excellent back in the early 2000s, but the quality of service today is absolutely terrible. Calling it “Express” is 100% misleading at this point. You might as well drop the word entirely and rebrand to just LBC.

This review deserves a no-star option, but since that isn’t available, I’m forced to give one star far more than the service actually deserves

Terrible service!

Terrible service!
LBC used to be a good carrier. Now it is AWFULL!!! I shipped a package from Florida to Calbayog Samar. I understand it takes 4 months now to ship. I tracked my package and tracking says it is in Calbayog but has not been delivered. You call Calbayog office, no one answers or they hang up. I call the 800 number and no one answers and/or they hang up! WHAT IS GOING ON? You are giving us tips on how to politely give reviews? Well, you will not get it with the kind of service you give.

Delivery not in Express, Customer Service Unreliable

They don't deliver on time. They don't even 'Attempt to Deliver' them. At least they don't say it on their tracking website. I don't even know if they're still operational. I'm not sure if it's just in my area.

Customer Service is unreliable. They can't wait to let us off. Making it seems like they can't hear us and hurried their spiels to put down the call. I think they just keep typing to seem like they're working on something.

I am so tired of LBC LIES

I am so tired of LBC LIES. Sent 2 items from Amazon. One went ninja van and one went ECMS. ECMS transfered it to LBC. They never tried to deliver it. We went to LBC to self collect but it wasn't there. Now they sent my package back to Amazon. Ninja Van delivered no problem. Same address same phone number and same order. Sent another package from Amazon. It went aramex who then transfered it to LBC. Same shit as before. Everytime I send a package and LBC gets it it is a 100 percent fail rate.

For over two months and ringing weekly…

For over two months and ringing weekly I still cant get a delivery of 2 of their packing boxes, despite contestant replies a supervisor will ring me back. One operator when i requested a supervisor told me she works from home and there is No supervisors she could only said a message. She also said she had no phon number for head office in Manilla it was all done by computer. There is no head Office number on their website at all just the 1800 number that goes to their agents that work from home

To Whom it May Concern,
Good morning.
I have been a regular customer of LBC,using your services to send perishable items such as food ang medicine.I also rely on you as a trusted courier for my online shopping needs and small business .
On February 2,I sent a package from the LBC Rizal Park branch Digos City.I personally requested that it be packed with bubble wrap to ensure the items were well-protected and the staff delivered did so carefully.
Unfortunately when the order package arrived at the LBC SM Taytay branch last February 4. & pick on February 5 the staff informed the receiver that it was received in poor condition.Despite the proper documentation packing from the sending branch the box had a large tear hole on the side and appeared to have been tampered with-new packaging tape was used to seal it.Even one of the bubble-wrapped items inside was torn open as If intentionally.As a result the food items were no longer safe for consumption and had to be discarded.
I am deeply disappointed because I paid more for the shipping (via air cargo)to insure the safety of my items ,yet the cost ended up being higher than the value of the goods themselves.

Mai più! Pacco large ritirato in Italia il 4 SETTEMBRE , viene consegnato il 26 Febbraio a destinazione nelle Filippine! Mi era stata assicurata la consegna entro 3 mesi..... ho dovuto ricomprare tutto dato che quando ero lì a Gennaio (sono rientrato il 25) non avevo la roba a me necessaria che era nel pacco!
Davvero pessimi, ed assenti soprattutto l'ufficio referente di Roma, in Via Calatafimi dove mi sono rivolto spesso per chiedere informazioni prima, durante e dopo la spedizione! Peccato che non si può dare 0 perché è quello che avrebbero meritato per il danno che mi hanno recato.... MAI PIÙ!

I sent 2 boxes last Oct 2025

I sent 2 boxes last Oct 2025. One box got delivered 2 weeks, my original packing tape was gone. The bigger box took longer. To make it short, a lot of stuff were missing. My original packing tape disappeared they only left the LBC packing tapes. The second box sat in Olongapo location for a few weeks then went to Iba Zambales location. It sat there for a few days and the recipient even had to pick it up herself. Thieves working for LBC. Never again! I would rate this place a zero if there’s an option!

If I give these BOZO'S a NEG SCORE I WOULD! Same story as everyone! Sent my package on Oct 2025 B4 I left for the Philippines.. to this date 1/28/26 I still HAVEN'T RECEIVED my package and I'm going back tonight! All my stuff and pasalubongs NEVER ARRIVED! Going to COMPLAIN when I head back to the states!

Inaccurate shipping days

Inaccurate shipping days, i expect 4 days shipping from Manila to Zamboanga, but it did not arrive, so I wait until 7th day, but still the package still did not arrive, so disappointed and frustrated.
