Delayed Delivery.
I called their customer service, I waited in que for long time. Ms Katherine who attended my call is polite and assure me that it will ve delivered. Just to find out na hindi na umabot yung padala ko. When i check the status next business day na daw e de deliver. Goodluck wala ng mag re receive dahil flight na that night. Don't give false hope to your client. Usually naman lbc is on time. I dont know what happened bakit sobrang bagal nila.

I heard LBC has a door to door promotions. (2 boxes for $55.) I have 2 boxes ready for pick up. I called LBC and made an appointment for pick up. I took a day off that day. I was waiting for a call whoever is picking up my boxes. It was already in the afternoon, I am still waiting. I called the office and they gave me a number to call. This number is from Montreal. And I am in Chilliwack BC.
I called the office again. They gave me a local agent number. I called this person and he came to pick up my boxes, but his price is so expensive, not the promotion price. Since he is here and I need these boxes to be shipped ASAP. I paid him his price. It is more than double of the promotion price. Is this a scam?? I got a scheduled pick up day, I even get a booking number, and nobody show up. And why the office gave me a number that is 3 days drive away from my house...

NON-SERVICEABLE BUT THEY STILL ACCEPTED THE ITEM TO BE DELIVERED
I was informed that my item was expected to be delivered yesterday, but to my surprise, the next update stated "NON-SERVICEABLE." I am baffled by how the Tagbilaran Office allowed a door-to-door delivery when it was clearly known that the delivery location is non-serviceable. This information should be visible in their system.
While I acknowledge that J&T has its own flaws in service, I must emphasize that they are far superior to your services.
YOU WILL REGRET THEIR SERVICE
We're so disappointed we reached their customer service to settle the issue coz the box is damaged and that's why we think that's the reason why the item inside had an issue but after they ask for pictures and videos we sent on september they didn't respond until now, we pay thousand for the fee hoping you will handle it with care but what happen LBC??? don't avail their service anymore for fragile product or appliances you will regret it !!!! THEY DIDN'T EVEN RESPONSE TO SETTLE THE ISSUE!!!

It sucks bug time. They never send a message or call..and said my parcel has an issue? How come? I can't even pick it up because they don't send a message so I didn't receive any reference number. You should stop your service because there wasn't any service done in the first place.

Delayed Shipment
LBC took so long to deliver a package which contains a medicine. Their lead time is just 1-3 days only hut it has been 10 days and still, not delivered yet. There’s not even an attempt to deliver for the past 7 days even though I already called them to ensure the delivery. Such a waste of money, time, and emotion. If I can give a negative star, I will.

This is supposed to be zero, but there's no option for that. NEVER, ever attempt to use LBC for sending any parcels or packages; it's a nightmare! It will take five months for your family to receive your package.

She said it is against company policy to give the branch and contact no. And i also mention to her, if i can pick up the package my self instead? cause base on your website tracker 2 unsuccessful attempt already.she insisted also its against your company policy to pick up the package at your branch.

My sea cargo box was picked up on June…
My sea cargo box was picked up on June 4 until now it is not delivered. And the tracking shows unreliable information first it shows arrival July 31 then August 20, now the update shows October 31. I was hoping when I have my vacation Aug 15 to 31 that I can receive but I did not.
Please use other cargo companies not LBC. I have stopped using it now.

I hope there is -5 star option. This is not acceptable at all!!! Sent my box May 14 until now wala parin. They called me yesterday to inform me daw na parating na sa pinas ang box ko. Wt_!!! And saying on my next transaction may 50aed discount ako. Joker ka din LBC. You think magpapadala pa kami sa inyo? Even my friends and my aunt na nagpdala sa inyo, nakabalik na from vacation. 4mos na rin ang box awa ng Diyos nasa Singapore parin ang box. Well thank you for the worst experience LBC. Never again!!!! Kabayan, friendly advice don't ever use their service. Sayang lang pagod at pera niyo. Use cargo that's reliable. LBC IS A NO NO!!!!
