They were helpful and efficient, my washing machine was fixed within 48hour after reporting it not working, pleasant and helpful technicians.

Engineer booked in for 3 days after initial call made, but do have the option to choose a suitable date, had to wait 2 weeks for parts as 1 wasn't available. Repair ended up being fidlier than expected but engineer went above and beyond to get it fixed!

Local Repairer communicated well throughout .

Home Appliance Guard have been excellent - except that the company they referred me to to come and fix my washing machine arrived 15mins earlier than scheduled with no advance warning and no request whether it would be OK. As it was scheduled for 9am, 15 mins was significant - luckily I was dressed!!

Great service, engineer was out within 3 days to fix my washing machine, it needed a new part, Mark Ward from the Domestic Heroes team had the part needed on his van and it was fixed in no time, nice guy thankyou.
