Told me at 9am an engineer will be with me by 11am.. its now 4pm and still no sign... you cannot contact anyone because their offices are closed on the weekend. Just a gatekeeper that takes your info and passes it on..... to a office thats closed... brilliant...won't be renewing with them again thats for sure. Strongly recommend to stay away from the this company do not be mistaken this is not Domestic and General this is Domestic Appliance Guard. Find a proper company that has offices open 24/7 so you get the service you pay for

Best service engineer I've ever met. Very thorough and informative, tidy and polite.
Downside having window of 10 hours is unreasonable length of tme to be available.

Very pleased with the efficient service throughout, from email reminders, pre visit phone call to check my location, and the work of the very competent and tidy service engineer, I would thoroughly recommend.

I took this policy out for my elderly mother, coming to the end of the year contract, i received an email to say the policy was being cancelled. So i called customer service, to book an engineer for cold radiators in her house, and ask why it was being cancelled, i was told that a previous engineer report said that my mums heating system was sludged up and therefore not insurable. I called a local plumber and his report said the heating system was fine a few sticking radiator valves but didn't need flushing. I then received an email saying, 'we're sorry you are cancelling you're policy' ... what a bunch of clowns, i would not recommend wasting your money with DAG

Process easy to navigate

Please stay away from this company. They are not a legitimate practice. I have just discovered from the call handler today. He told me that they are not insurance company. So don't come under any regulations or compliance. I have a one year breakdown subscription which I paid in advanced. But when I need the most they have declined it. Because I have given them a incorrect date in the first place. I am disabled the very reason I took out is that to peace of mind. They are a con and dishonest.

I don't have allot to say I joined the kitchen appliances cover today. The process was quick, straightforward and professional. Hopefully, if anything goes wrong with my appliances, I'll have the opportunity to experience their service and support. So far, a positive first impression!
