Experience was not good due to waiting…
Experience was not good due to waiting far too long for the telephone to be answered. After waiting almost 25 minutes I gave up - I only wanted to ask a simple question. I have added two more appliances and I wanted to know if you could add all the premiums for each appliance to be one payment to come out of my bank account rather two separate payments. This makes this transaction really annoying to the point that I am beginning to think of cancelling the whole insurance of the appliances.

Unfortunately, a combination of staff absences led to unusually high waiting times recently. We're pleased to say things are now back on track, and customers should no longer experience these delays.
Our busiest periods are generally Mondays and Tuesdays between 9am and 1pm, so we'd recommend calling outside these times for a quicker response.
Regarding your payments, our customer service team will be happy to review your arrangements and discuss the available options. We appreciate your patience and continued custom.
