Total scam
Total scam. Paid £100 excess only to be told washing machine can’t be repaired. Eould only get 10% of value towards a new one. I could cancel within 14 days and getting money back but then told £150 would not be refunded as this was to pay engineer. That was never stated anywhere!! Donor bother

Brilliant customer servive
Good price & brilliant customer service. They are really on the ball. Wow, really impressed so far as a new customer. I had to contact them but didn't have to wait long & my query was sorted.
