The shop itself, the Birmingham branch is the one I use, is beautiful and the staff are awesome. Friendly and helpful and not at all pushy or negative. Ready to offer advice on all aspects of equipment or playing. Online Customer service is fantastic too. They have instant chat options and their response to enquiries and problems by e-mail is also fast and efficient. Any issues I've had have been resolved to great satisfaction and hassle free. I would heartily recommend them. For anyone from a beginner looking for a first guitar and advice to those shopping for just one more guitar! 😁

Ordered on Friday evening, delivered on Sunday morning for free. Superb service from guitarguitar, well packaged using paper tape, no plastic. They have a new happy customer!

I ordered an Epiphone J200 and several accessories, like a strap, stand and tuner. Initially, I was helped, in a web chat, by Jordan, who answered my questions in a friendly and professional manner. On the day I actually bought my guitar, George B assisted me and provided me with a personalised quote, making my experience very straightforward - he even phoned the branch that stocked the J200 to check whether or not the model had the vintage tuner buttons… it did!

Everything is arriving on Monday, and I envisage no issues; if there’s a problem, I’ll come and amend my review, otherwise, I’m extremely happy with the service and advice I received from Guitar Guitar. They have everything you could need and their prices are very competitive. Thank you.

Excellent customer service from Shaun. Had to return a Strat due to a badly cut nut. Dealt with efficiently and quickly. Very responsive to emails, refund was dealt with promptly.

Went to the Newcastle store today for advice from an expert, having purchased an acoustic guitar online and realising it was hard for two oldies to manoeuvre. We were served by Dean whose knowledge and customer service was superb. Allowing us to try a number of guitars he immediately noticed we needed a different shaped guitar and was happy to refund on ours. We were delighted and purchased a more suitable guitar. I doubt we will be able to play as well as Dean but we were very grateful for his advice. Thank you Dean

Recently had some store credit to use but checked out without seeing the option to use it, Martin from the customer support email sorted it extremely professionally and promptly. George L, Im a very creative songwriter but some find me a little eccentric and awkward to deal with at times as when i get inspired it as though im in another world which happens quite regularly. I recently contacted Guitar Guitar Customer services with a problem I was having downloading Arturia software for my newly purchased Arturia Minilab 37 keyboard. I spoke to George B, who is based in Newcastle on Tyne.

George provided me with exceptional service, he was knowledgeable, patient and a great listener. I have to say, he exceeded all my expectations in terms of his wide expertise with Apple Macs, file management and the specifics of the Arturia keyboard software. A fantastic level of service and I wish George well.

Purchased an Ibanez premium RG guitar, delivery as ever was next day. Unfortunately whilst playing it I noticed it had fret buzz on the 1st fret of the E, A and slightly on the D. Contacted ‘GUITAR GUITAR’, the phone was answered by Victoria, she was most helpful and arranged for the courier to collect the next day with the view to either correcting the fault or a replacement. To cut a long story short, my Ibanez was fixed in quick time and was even given a complimentary ‘set up’, then sent back to me, again next day. Needless to say I’m extremely happy, service like this is exemplary and hard to come by these days. Would definitely recommend GuitarGuitar to anyone. Thanks again

I spoke to Jordan at GG; he knew about the used stock and was very helpful. A deal was done and my new Revstar Professional arrived today exactly as described. Can't fault the staff, service or products in any way; very pleased.

Sadly a purchase did not work out for me so had to return the guitar. GuitarGuitar however could really not have been more helpful and supportive, their very quick replies were also much appreciated. Would not hesitate to use again, 10/10 from this happy customer!

Superb customer experience. I hope I am not jumping the gun (my replacement guitar is due to be delivered next week) but so far the customer service team at Guitar Guitar have been outstanding in their friendliness, prompt responses and quick action to help me return and replace a damaged instrument bought from the website. Particular thanks to Martin, George B and Dean for their patience and help. I will definitely use this company again for all my guitar related needs! Keep up the great work!

I bought a PRS new and unfortunately the guitar was no up to the standard expected, so I decided to contact them for asking a replacement, so kindly they offered me a replacement with the reason that was found a poor quality screws on the assembled bridge and also that was a reason to contribute at some point to have a proper set up action and intonation all throughout the scale; they send me a replacement and after few days of trying in studio recording…again the same issue with intonation ! Not happy and thinking of changing again but this time …Non-more made in Indonesia ! I did some searching on Guitar Guitar and found out a reasonable affordable price possibly a Gibson USA or another PRS but only USA; was second hand PRS USA for £1099 , so decided to go for this one , so I did ask what kind of deal was possible to have; today they confirmed that for exchange my guitar I need to arrange the return at my expense with a courier fully guaranteed in case of damage! But for a fact I had from them delivery with DPD and I was lucky enough to receive the guitar in one single piece! And second time around to send back to them with a driver that was in such anger and rush when he throw violently the guitar into the back of his van ! Certainly this is part of the extra fully insured guarantee! What to say more ? Today with much disappointment I am here writing about this last story with this company called Guitar Guitar …advertising how good they are and easy flexible way to support musicians all around, I was hoping to have the PRS replaced with another one and plus would have cost me on top another extra £600 but was not certain until my guitar was inspected first, so I had to stay again waiting for them inspecting with no guarantee of a deal ! My guitar is immaculate as when received…but that is not enough , I have to pay the return, fully insured with tracking, then if everything was ok be prepared to wait for them to send me the other one ….when ? It seems clearly that they are only looking at best convenience no matter to keep good satisfaction and reputation from clients, never mind ….Guitar Guitar !!! Keep going ! G.S.i understand you have been asking to add more about my experience with Guitar Guitar, I am not satisfied with the purchase of the PRS from Indonesia as it’s of cheap quality and have lots of different issue, the intonation is not precisely set up and I assume because needs a professional check up by experts in good guitars, second issue is the actual lead output jack that twisting and breaking internal wires! I was hoping to have a replacement with a better guitar and I was ready to pay extra but was asking to much for organising a collection so I had to look somewhere else! I thought was a Guitar with some kind of guaranteed….another reason that I have decided to call off the deal it’s the last issue with the loose internal wires and would have been difficult to convince your people during the inspection expected on the return! Difficult to be trust on words! Never mind it’s another negative experience to put in the bag !
