Besvarelse fra Fair Deal Music
Hi Luke,
We’re really sorry your guitar arrived with the headstock broken, and that it then took so long to process your refund. We understand how upsetting it must have been to receive an instrument in that condition, followed by the frustration of waiting for your money back.
The guitar left our warehouse undamaged, but the condition in which it reached you was completely unacceptable. You deserved a prompt resolution, and we’re sorry we let you down.
We’re proud of the excellent feedback we receive overall on Trustpilot, and our aim is for every customer to receive a five-star service, including when something goes wrong. Your experience fell well short of that standard.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the damage, the delay and the disappointment caused Luke.

Excellent service
Excellent service! We were able to test the digital pianos out in store and they took the time to explain a bit about the pianos we were interested in. The piano was delivered a few days later. There was an issue with the stool, but they replaced it straight away. Will definitely buy from here again.

Fender telecaster Dark night
After going on chat with the store, they sent me pictures of the fender telecaster dark night, it looked amazing and I agreed to buy it. We agreed a delivery date and it turned up on time. The packaging was fantastic but on opening the package the guitar was damaged, only slightly but damaged. I contacted the store and they made arrangements for its return, it was collected and a few days later I received a refund. The staff were very helpful and the communication was good throughout.

Hi Simon, thank you for your thoughtful review and lovely words about our team.
We’re so sorry your Telecaster arrived damaged, especially after you’d seen the photos and were excited to receive it. We understand how disappointing it must have been to open the case and find damage.
It’s good to hear you felt supported throughout the return and refund, though we’d much rather you were enjoying your new guitar. We’d love the chance to welcome you back and give you the five-star experience we always hope to deliver.
Warm wishes,
The Fair Deal Music Team
