The choice of product is great. The knowledge of staff fantastic. Parking is not too convenient. Mostly, the staff member could not give me sole attention and I was making a big purchase. He kept walking away to serve others. I also had to carry boxes out myself.

I've made a number of satisfactory online purchases from Andertons over several years, but I hadn't been to the store for a long time. I went recently to try out a guitar and was impressed by the isolation booths. I was given all the time I needed to make up my mind before I decided to buy the instrument.
The staff were very responsive and helpful, both at the store and in an after sales phone call. It was a very positive experience.
