Back once again to praise Andertons!
Back once again to praise Andertons and their customer service! I ordered something that had to be put on preorder several times, due to delays from the manufacturer.
Andertons CS team kept me in the loop regularly without me having to chase them.
When it came for that item to be delivered, they rushed to get it to me for the weekend, rather than waiting until the Monday.
They're not always the cheapest... but when it comes to service, they're very hard to beat.

Exceptional Service at Anderton’s – Thanks Alfie!
Had an amazing experience when purchasing my latest guitar. The fact that I phoned in advance of my visit and they got the guitar I was interested in from the warehouse for me. Then at the shop, had superb support from Alfie who was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the Taylor guitars I was choosing from. The whole experience was fantastic and un rushed. I was given the time to properly try and choose which guitar I wanted and I couldn’t recommend Anderton’s, or Alfie, enough.

Plenty of helpful staff
I like the way they always seem to have plenty of staff about and all keen to help. Fair prices offered for part exchange too. Best music shop there is, in my opinion.

Superlative Service
I am an amateur musician from Cape Town South Africa. I have been in process of building a battleship of a pedalboard. It has an electric section and an acoustic section, with each section requiring its own power supply. The best PS for the job is the NuX Zeus. The local agent managed to screw up my order for the second PS which I needed urgently. No stock anywhere in SA and unlikely before the end of October. Started scouring the world. I follow Andertons on YouTube. They were the only ones prepared to confirm stock actually on hand! Bought the Friday morning, shipped the same day, delivered to me in Cape Town on the following Tuesday!!! Opening the box, it was evident Andertons had ch
ecked everything was in working order before shipping. Superlative service! Bravo Zulu Captain Anderton!

This is the first time I have placed an order with Andertons, and was very impressed by the professional way they handled my order, both in the speed and method of delivery, and up to date communications. My guitar ( squire 60s thinline tele) was delivered having been set up correctly and is a pleasure to play.
