Fair Deal Music Anmeldelser

After going on chat with the store, they sent me pictures of the fender telecaster dark night, it looked amazing and I agreed to buy it. We agreed a delivery date and it turned up on time. The packaging was fantastic but on opening the package the guitar was damaged, only slightly but damaged. I contacted the store and they made arrangements for its return, it was collected and a few days later I received a refund. The staff were very helpful and the communication was good throughout.

I bought a Yamaha Montage M8X through Fair Deal Music, and the both staff and management went that extra mile (literally) to get me the synth by a particular date.
Exemplary service and highly recommended.

Fantastic store. Everyone there is passionate about what they do. The selection of guitars is off the chart. Whether you’re starting out. Looking for that first nice upgrade. Or a once in a lifetime purchase. It’s there. No pushy salespeople. Jsut good honest people who are very knowledgable and love what they do !

Just received my Music Man bass.
It was very well packed and arrived on time.
The condition was near perfect especially for a 20 year old instrument.
I am very pleased with my purchase and the service provided and would use this company again.

Great experience and a perfect example of how online shopping takes away from the magic of going into a Music shop and speaking with people who love music and who are experts in the field. You really cannot beat it.
Will be making the trip down from Leicester for all my musical requirements.

Good pricing. Friendly and helpful emails and service in store.
Would be a good idea to put a company sign up on the industrial unit you use as a collection point?

The way to pay safely on line and the delivery. The delivery man, he was so kind, bringing in boxes, helping me to unpack and then setting up both the stand and digitable piano. Thank you. I was a bit concerned about the sustain pedal. It worked once then it didn't. Having switched the piano off for a while it is working again, yet misses the first few notes. I'm hoping it will settle. As I'm learning to play the piano, I've not grasped everything on the keyboard yet. However, yes I love my new digital piano.

Great price and a swift delivery will definitely use again

Scarlett was so nice and sweet, and she showed expertise and helped us choose the best guitar deal, matching our needs and taste. We really recommend this shop and their staff. The best choice we could make!

Excellent customer service! I contacted 10 shops for Carlsbro lower-grade loom cables, and only this shop responded and offered assistance.

Having purchased from the shop before, had no worries in returning to by again, friendly staff which I,ve known for sometime, and was given plenty time to try different models of guitars.

The items were delivered very promptly, in good condition. I was kept well informed of my order's progress.

Great friendly staff, no push to buy at all. All the staff were great tbh , a real good team working there.

Excellent customer service from Mo! Could not be happier with the purchase. The other staff were so welcoming on arrival to the store. Highly recommend!
