Good but could be better
The guitar arrived late (DHL's fault) but when it arrived, the box was battered and not particularly well taped. Inside the guitar was in a hardcase and looks in good condition apart from a scratch on the horn which looked new but the original posting is gone so I can't check to see if it was highlighted. The guitar is 2nd hand but hasn't had the strings changed (Richtone Music do change the strings and do a set up for comparison).
So overall, I like the guitar but let down slightly on the service side.

Hi Matt,
Thank you for taking the time to leave such honest and helpful feedback. We’re pleased that you like the guitar, but genuinely sorry that the delivery, packaging, scratch and condition of the strings left you feeling let down by the overall service.
We want every used guitar to arrive safely and match the condition described, so we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your concerns and look into this properly.
Please call our Guitar Department directly on 0121 643 1685 during our normal opening hours. As a gesture of goodwill, we would be very happy to send you complimentary sets of strings.
Thank you again for your honest feedback Matt. We really hope you enjoy the guitar, and we’d be grateful for the opportunity to put things right and welcome you back to Fair Deal Music in the future so we can provide the five-star experience we always aim for.

Super quick postage
Super quick postage, ordered over a bank hol weekend and it was here on the wed after. Very impressive. Great price for a great piece of kit. But bit disappointed that the pedal doesn’t come with a power cable. For the price. But hey, it’s a present so hopefully they will be able to connect it the way they want to.
