I was made a fair offer for my trade in item. I tried the item I'd gone to see but it didn't meet my expectations. I was offered various alternatives of which one was very good. The whole process was fast, friendly and problem free.

Wanting a mic stand for my sax. Phoned up got sound advice - purchased advised stand which came within 48 hours.
Will be going back when I need something that I have knowledge of.

Very pleasant staff. Never felt pressured to buy. No problem in being allowed to try the guitars. A wide range of instruments. Good price range.

Brought my ukulele in to have a strap button placed and was immediately helped by Smithy who sorted it quickly and safely. He also sorted an issue I was having with one of the frets and I was blown away by his expertise and helpfulness.

I bought a neat looking strap while in store as well. So happy with the service, will definitely come back for any future help I need for my ukulele.

Thanks so much!

Very knowledgeable member of staff. Didn't try to sell me the most expensive guitar but tried to find the best for my needs at a sensible price. Very pleased with my purchase!

Great team, great experience. Very knowledgable.

Amazing shop, great staff and fantastic value. I bought a mic stand with a phone mount included. Very good quality and cost half what it would be elsewhere. And Luke from the team delivered it to my house as he lived locally to me. What a service!

Quick delivery! I contacted customer service and they were really helpful - even on a Sunday!

Cheaper than anywhere else I could find online, arrived quickly and well packaged. Would definitely use again.

Another 10 out of 10 for fantastic service from

Fair Deal Music.Great advice for helping me choose the Blackstar Mini Beam guitar / bass combo.
What an incredible tiny amp with a very big sound plus extra effects via the app also onboard audio interface and backing tracks.
I’m having loads of fun playing guitar through this great tiny amp. Thanks Fair Deal Music
I will return very soon.

Good service and guitar arrived safe.
Tried to barter for a bit off as another was on sale near price.
Got told “I’ll throw in some goodies” - cheapest lead and cheapest strap available. Shame as I was pleased with the guitar but felt a bit annoyed at the crapness of the “freebies” - they’re that crsp you couldn’t even sell them on on eBay!😂

Good price and very quick delivery. Mini amp arrived well packed and already put to good use.

A very friendly service with good advice.

Scarlett was brilliant, had a specific guitar sent over from their warehouse , and emailed me photos of it.
Very helpful.

Great price, fast shipping, excellent communication

Competitive price and prompt shipment every time 👍 This is what I appreciate and it encourages me to keep buying from this vendor. 👍

Received great help and advice from both Wayne and Paul. Which resulted in me now having a piano that I am very satisfied with.

Thank you, my jap Fender stra was spot on it was as the discription for pre owend in fact the guitar was stuning for pre owend fhe hard case was not so clean and at first glance i was thinking whats the guitar like but all was good sounds and plays fantastic, its my first purchase from you but not the last first class service. Thank you. John.

Really pleased with the Blackstar debut 100 amp I bought, not so happy with the DHL delivery driver who literally dropped the box on my doorstep (I heard it bang on the floor) and then threw the box into my porch as I opened the door... "Handle with care" printed in large letters on the outside of the box.

First visit to the new shop located in Birmingham centre. Easy to find. Shop has an impressive range. Spoke to a very knowledgeable assistant about eurorack as I needed to buy a pair of monitor speakers. Happy with the purchase.
