Had an issue with a guitar i bought and had an amazing experience with the support team, i felt like i was speaking to a friend and had fast responses and great answers. Thank you Shaun

AVOID if you are selling a guitar. I sent photos, explained the guitar came with no extras, and came all the from Yorkshire, then walked 30 mims through busy streets to get to the shop and the guy flat out refused. He didnt even offer to knock any money off. Massive time wasters. Will be advising everyone to avoid.

I’ve bought a lot of stuff from Guitar Guitar over the years and enjoy visiting the Birmingham store. I recently bought a second hand Gretsch 5420T online but was disappointed to find that it had a duff tuner on the high E string that I picked up on straight away and this should have been noticed and rectified before being offered for sale.
That said, and as is always my experience with guitar guitar, the customer service is exemplary and the matter was quickly rectified via e mail to their customer service team.

The staff are amazing and the entire process was superb from using the website chat to contacting a staff member direct to them sending me pics. Can not recommend gg enough 10/10 service and will definitely use them again for some future purchases. Kayleigh is my girl 😎👊

I recently bought a Gretsch streamliner online from Guitarguitar. What an amazing deal, and what an amazing guitar. It is perfect in every way. It arrived in 2 days in excellent condition. I would recommend Guitarguitar 100%.

My partner and mates bought me an amp head for my birthday. Sadly it arrived damaged. Called up and spoke with a super friendly guy Jordan who put my mind at rest about getting a replacement. Unfortunately there was no stock so I opted to wait a few days.

Called again a few days later and spoke with another super helpful gent Shaun. Again no amp in stock to do a straight exchange so we discussed a few options and Shaun suggested I get a different amp head. He asked what music I play etc, sent me an email with a list of a few options. They were all solid recommendations and within half an hour I settled on a replacement.

Replacement head arrived today and I couldn’t be happier! Total understanding from Shaun about it being a birthday gift and how special it was for me, and he took care making sure I was happy with my purchase.

All in all couldn’t be happier with my experience and the level of genuine care from GG!

I don't normally buy guitars on line but I have found Guitar Guitar's on line chat service to be invaluable. Gareth was great in helping choose and buy a guitar.

Third time I have bought from GG. Excellent service, prompt delivery and fair prices. If you have a query they are easily contactable by phone (which is becoming a rare thing these days) and very helpful.

I wrote to GuitarGuitar praising their great service, Kayleigh asked if I'd leave a review. Here is what I wrote to GuitarGuitar:

Hi GuitarGuitar,
On the 6th of July I ordered 4 items; 2x D'Addario Pro-Winder and 2x D'Addario Pro Plus Capo Black.
I have just tried the capo on three of my guitars; a steel 6 string acoustic, an Epiphone Les Paul Special and a Yamaha Pacifica. It works beautifully, keeping tuning and no buzzing, I am very impressed. I also love its very slim small design meaning it does not interfere with fretting notes and holding chords near the nut end. I have not yet tried the Pro-Winder, but it looks good.
DPD as usual were perfect, delivering on time and ringing the bell and waiting for me to answer. I find DPD the best company by far, followed by Royal Mail/Parcel Force. I hope you (GuitarGuitar) continue to use DPD.
So I just want to thank you for your excellent service.

Great customer service tends to be tested when things go wrong, rather than run of the mill purchases. For me things went wrong, all on my end with no fault to guitarguitar. They still went above and beyond to be accommodating for me and my situation. Special thanks goes to Victoria for quick response's, and a constant flow of solutions. Amazing thankyou.

I recently bought a Gibson Hummingbird original heritage cherry sunburst from your Newcastle store, the reception I got was fantastic very helpful, I knew what I wanted so Dean did not have sell it to me, but he did let me try a Gibson Hummingbird off the wall, not the one I wanted as the nearest store with one in was Edinburgh, he arranged everything and I got it the next day, as I told Dean I was going to get one in 12 - 18 months time but with the discount that you had on it I took the leap, oh he did sell me a Hercules guitar stand which I highly recommend to anyone.

Bought on 15th June, Received it on the 16 of June, I love it and can’t stop playing it.

I purchased a pre owned guitar from GuitarGuitar. I ordered it on Friday afternoon and it was delivered Saturday morning.
I was messaging Kayleigh with all of my questions and she was so helpful. Kayleigh is super knowledgeable and gave me some great advice and encouragement. I can’t praise her enough.

Amazing customer support.

I had an issue with a payment on my side recently, contacted chat support, all my questions were answered in detail and very fast. It was even followed up through an email chain with fast responses, even offered to help me with my order in the future.

Blaine and George B were amazing.

Excellent customer service, very happy with the guitar but deeply disappointed in the DPD delivery service, who failed to deliver when they were paid to. So, GuitarGuitar were great but recommend they use a different delivery service.

I sold a guitar that I no longer use and it couldn’t have been more straightforward. There was a slight issue with DPD failing to collect it on the first attempt but customer service were brilliant and the whole thing has been really efficient. Having something go so smoothly is a real delight!

This was my first time buying something in the UK, as well as my first time purchasing a guitar. George L helped me a lot in preparing everything I needed as a complete beginner.
He was very kind and patient, and explained everything clearly. He really understood what I cared about and what I needed, including the style, design, color, and even the small details.
I feel very lucky to have received such great help from him. If you have any questions, I highly recommend going to George—you will definitely find what you need.

I made my first purchase from guitarguitar today. I submitted an enquiry online early this morning and received a very prompt and helpful reply with a link to the product Connor recommended within a couple of hours. The link to my online shopping basket made completing the purchase very easy. Really good customer service all round.

I hadnt used Guitarguitar before but wanted to upgrade my bass. I'll be honest what attracted me was that they offer BNPL which most dont however, I can say that their service is first class!! They have a chat on the portal which is answered within seconds. I had been dealing with Jordan who was really really helpful, nothing too much to ask and made everything nice and smooth. Perhaps a payrise is on the cards? Great firm!
