I have used greenpoint a number of times ,they have never failed to resolve any of my problems. Nothing has ever been a problem for them and neither have I ever been disappointed with their service.
They are easy to deal with and all ears when your trying to explain your issues. They listen , understand then resolve . It's very refreshing to deal with a company that take pride in their work, not forgetting how realistic their charges are. I have never felt overcharged nor the need to return anything they have repaired for me.

Great service and quality of products. I had smashed my phone and had my screen replaced by another company and any little knock and it was cracked again. I took it to Greenpoint IT and it's been great ever since, like the original screen I had. I've have even dropped it a few times and the screen is fine.

I took my phone in to be fixed at green point, a member of staff was straight over to help and was very knowledgeable about the issue with my phone. I was informed off all of my options which was great as I was expecting to just be told they were unsure and would have to look at it etc then charge me a fortune. I asked them to fix it for me and left it with them, within the hour my wife had a text telling me it was fixed.
Excellent service and my phone has had no issues since, very happy customer 😀

Having been to other Gadget repair shops before I discovered Green Point you can really tell the difference between the "cowboys" and the "genuine" businesses.
