Chatted to Greenpoint IT over email reading a phone repair, made an arrangement to bring the phone in... Went away (to the beach) and came back 3 hours later. Phone had a new battery, as promised, for the agreed price. Staff were polite and explained the various issues which may have delayed the repair. Excellent price, stuck to the agreed timetable, polite & knowledgeable staff and clean shop - what more could one ask for? Would recommend.
