Really good response to my issue. Problem diagnosed and dealt with within an excellent time frame. I have known Radcliffe Computers for a few years and always had a great service.

Radcliffe Computers is the best place in north Manchester to sort computer problems.

Pete is so amazing. He’s great on any tech. Reasonable prices, expert advice . Really trustworthy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been a customer for many years, you won't find a better IT man than Pete Wright, his knowledge is remarkable regarding computers.

Pete is so helpful, I have used his services over many years. Very honest and charges a reasonable rate. Keeps you updated at every stage. I cannot fault the service. Definitely recommended

The work needed to be carried out was explained in plain English, fast servicing, excellent.

He was very helpful and honest, looked into my laptop and found exactly what was wrong as I new, he suggested a new upgraded drive also he put the drive in, installed new windows and copied the things from my old drive, excellent.

I took a broken CD writer to see whether a repair might be possible. It was quite old, not many people write CDs any more, so I wasn't optimistic and thought it might well end up at the rubbish tip just down the road from Radcliffe Computers. Radcliffe Computers advised that it was repairable, but only with a part sourced from Holland. They sent for it, did the job, and it now works perfectly. Delighted!

really good service, quick and responsive. I got messages keeping me up to date with what was found and options as to how to proceed.
pricing is good too. Friendly and personable. didn't talk down to me as I'm not particularly computer savvy other than using it.
Will use them again.

They always do a great job I would highly recommend them

This lad knows everything you need to know about computers and tech! Nothing is too much trouble and the prices are more than reasonable! I won’t use anybody else.👍

Laptop issues - fixed very quickly and at a reasonable cost.

I have been using Radcliffe Computers for well over five years - including bringing all (extended) family laptops and also personal laptops belonging to colleagues at work - for repair or upgrade.

I have no hesitation whatsover in recommending Radcliffe Computers for all your Laptop repair requirements - they are very fair and give good honest advice.

They also fix other things I believe and sell reasonably priced laptops and macs plus a selection of smaller computer related items such as cables and memory sticks.

They provide other services including remote support for your business computers, online backup services etc.
