Thought I'd seen the back of my old PC when it broke down but thankfully Mehdi sorted it out for me and saved everything. Great service, very good prices & no hidden extras. Would always recommend to my friends. Thanks for everything and dropping it back at my flat too.

Mehdi helped with everything and gave great service on my computer. Nice guy and informed me about everything that was wrong with my computer.

To start, my laptop screen was badly damaged, but the fact that i could call Mehdi relatively easily and quickly to ensure a swift replacment screen was not only ordered, but firmly fitted made me a satisfied customer. He has a great laptop repair business that focuses on maintaing great standards, while ensuring customer loyalty remains high. It's without a doubt this was the most efficient and effective laptop repair business I have come across, I will definitely contact Mehdi in the future if I encouter any more laptop related problems.

My laptop had stopped booting up, I rang up Mehdi who gave me really good advice over the phone. I tried the fixes but still no luck. I live in Harlow, so Mehdi suggested we meet half way, which was very nice of him. He fixed my laptop within 20 mins in a very professional manner and at a very affordable price. Outstanding service, and very happy that I contacted Mehdi. Will be dealing with him now for any future computer issues that I may have.

Mehdi was very professional and honest about the costs involved in fixing my laptop screen. The cost to repair it was very reasonable and competitive compared to other services in the area, including bigger names. The turnaround time was extremely swift was it was done in 2 days including delivery of new parts. This was far quicker than what any other PC repair service could offer. No doubt I will be using their service again for any IT problems.

I contacted MODXPC with a problem on my pc and the help and reassurance in sorting the problem was over and above anything I could have expected. This has got to be the best customer service I have ever experienced, extremely knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I will definitely recommend to friends and colleagues

Really excellent service. Medhi is extremely professional and friendly and goes that extra mile. He helped me with my macbook after being abandoned by useless Apple support. He is now definitely my first port of call for all my IT issues. No brainer!

I wish to recommend Mehdi as he is absolutely excellent and a real professional. He is polite and respectful at all times and will go out of his way to please the client and, in this respect, I can well understand why he is so busy and popular. He is completely trustworthy and is extremely knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to recommend him. He did a fantastic job fixing my computer and he is currently installing Netfix for me. His prices are also very reasonable. Mary Tierney and Kenneth Jarratt

I found Modxpcrepairs whilst looking for Data Recovery as our computer had stopped working completely and therefore we could not access any of our files/folders/pictures etc. and we thought our hard drive had died. I arranged to take the PC to Mehdi for him to see if he could diagnose the problem. He found all the files/folders to be on the drive and in a healthy condition what a super star. The PC had a problem with its operating system and Mehdi fixed it for us. I am typing this review on said computer. I would recommend Modxpcrepairs 100%. Mehdi is one of the nicest most helpful people I have ever had the pleasure to meet you are a credit to your business thank you very very much. Ann & Family.

My PC had almost stopped working, it was so slow and wouldn't connect to any web sites, I have used Modxpc before many times but as I live in Milton Keynes and Medhi is near Romford, geographically it doesn't make sense to use Modxpc but I rang Medhi anyhow who was kind enough to meet me half way, fixed my pc within a couple of days at an affordable price. Outstanding service, that's why I don't mind travelling, I wouldn't use anyone else, Regards Brendan

Had a tricky blue screen problem, but was finally cured. Would highly reccomend

Fantastic service went above and beyond to fix my computer in hours after pc world telling me I need a new computer don’t waste your time going anywhere else

My mother and I rang Modxpc today in a panic over the fact that she could not enter the internet via her computer. Medhi offered us exceptional service and advice which led to our computer being fixed within 20 minutes, and this was done as a good will gesture. Thank you for your support. We will definitely use your services in the future and will tell others about your business.

What a joy to find a company who really care. I am an elderly gentleman who had a crashed PC and I found Modxpcrepairs by chance on line and when I spoke to Mehdi and explained that I would not be able to get my computer to him as I could not even get it down stairs he, promptly suggested that the cheapest way to get it fixed would be for him to pick it up and yes he would carry it down stairs as well. He kept me informed how the work was going and when he would deliver it back to me and yes he carried it back up the upstairs.
The cost for all this was so reasonable and done in such a friendly way. I would recommend Modxpcrepairs to anyone and hope they prosper.

Only a small malware problem but dealt with in a few hours. Problem was explained and delivered at no extra cost. Great service.

Mehdi provided great service. He initially offered helpful advice before taking my pc in to diagnose and repair. He successfully repaired my computer at a very reasonable cost in a very quick amount of time. Mehdi also kept me constantly up to date on his progress. Overall great service and he was very polite.

What a fantastic find! For years we haven't had anybody reliable to fix our computer problems. Very efficient and nothing is too much trouble. Would recommend to everyone. Thanks Mehdi!

Mehdi helped me to get my daughters PC running again very quickly, he was very professional, knowledgable and an all round very nice guy!

I definitely recommend MODX PC repairs for anyone looking for a great PC repairer!

Very good service. Mehdi is reliable and conscientious and I now have an up to date fast computer.

I thought my 5 yr old laptop had it! Took it into modxpc with it being dead, even if I plug the charger in, made no different. To my amazement as I got offered a cup of tea, sat down, medi managed to get it up and running, like magic! The best part was that he didn’t even charge me for it…just glad to have me as a customer. Absolutely amazed at the honesty from this company, it’s refreshing to know that there are good businesses out there still.
