I had a great experience. I had problems with my power supply unit and wasted a couple of days on it. I wish I went to Mehdi straight away as he managed to quickly and efficiently identify the problem and fix it with no fuss. He charges far less than any of his competitors that I came across and given the quality, patience and eloquence the value per money is incredible. Really impressed by the service received from Medhi - my cracked laptop was fixed the next day at a very reasonable price. Communication was great and I felt very comfortable with handing my laptop over. Really glad I now have a local contact for any future IT issues!

I had 2 laptops which were playing up, one that wouldn't turn on and the other running windows vista was just unbearably slow. I had a few quotes from local people doing the same but modxpc repairs were the cheapest. I had honest and reliable advice from Mehdi and his colleague, very pleased that i have them to go to with all my IT problems. Thank you again.

My experience of the whole service was excellent. He is beyond expectations honest, highly reliable, I was able to blindly trust him with the job, immensely skilled and a fantastic professional. In the last 4 weeks I have dealt with this Company on two occasions . I experienced both methods of their operations
1) home visit 2) remote visit.
Their operative arranged the visit , came to my house sussed the problem immediately sorted it straight away , gave me advice , added some useful software and departed .
Remote visit I sent an email using their business site , the same operative rang me back . I added a piece of software to my machine using his instructions . Remotely , he looked round my machine saw and resolved the problem . sorted ! The whole expeience was a joy . The Ops are knowledgeable , fast , efficient and genuine.
Don't fret over your machine trying to sort your problems , get these guys in to sort it and restore your peace of mind . I will use these guy's forever . You can also phone/email them at any time for advice they are very friendly and helpful.

From the get go, Mehdi made me comfortable and reassured me that my laptop would be repaired quickly as I work from home and time is of the essence. He was very organised, efficient and helped me recover important client information. I would recommend him to anyone, now if only he could also fix my plumbing I would be over the moon.
