Excellent products and customer service
I’ve had a EHC boiler for a couple months and has been working very well. Power had been shut off at my property for a while so needed to set up my boiler again and phoned EHC. Rob from the technical team was very helpful and walked me through the process.
Customer service, their products are excellent. Would recommend for anyone looking to get an electric boiler. Their price range is also very good unlike their competitors (Fis****)

Recently moved into a new house
Recently moved into a new house, and recently realised that we had no hot water, contacted ehc as they had supplied the boiler. The guys in the tech support were fab taking time to explain settings and helping to reconfigure the settings to try and help, however after doing so the water was still cold, so they gave me a contact to call who was knowledgeable in the system we have. Plumber visited and accurately diagnosed the issue, and ehc supplied the part without delay. We now have hot water, great result

Following a new kitchen install and new…
Following a new kitchen install and new radiators, our boiler kept shutting down. Mark was very thorough and helped us assess the issue and identify the problem was with the plumbing and helped us figure out a work around until the problem could be fixed. EHC are very responsive and helpful to get us back to hot showers. Our boiler has been great and it is reassuring knowing about the fail safes internally to preserve the system. Highly recommend EHC.

Great Technical Help
A customer had an issue with an intermittent fault, spoke with the technical helpdesk who were superb. Rob helped talk me through the fault finding and found the fault easily, along with helping sort the repair.

I have nothing but highest praise for the The ELECTRIC HEATING COMPANY for its excellent products and supreme customer service - and I speak with the experience of a long and invaluable association with this great company.
In 2008, I bought 3 electric boilers for 3 small tenanted flats: 18 years and many tenancies later, 2 of these boilers are still running very well; the 3rd, is only now being replaced and, of course, by another EHC product!
Throughout these 18 years, I have witnessed nothing but genuine professional commitment, especially from wonderful JOHN WEBB, to help and advice; a missionary zeal to corkscrew down to find not only the problem, but also the best and most competitive solution, be this a mere spare part, a whole new product or an installer in my area. I would be lost without John's generous guidance and bottomless knowledge, as well as kind support. I know I am in safest hands every time I contact John and the ELECTRIC HEATING COMPANY!

Excellent service from an excellent company.
In December 2025 I purchased a new electric combi boiler from EHC to replace my old gas boiler. The sales team were amazing, answering all of my questions and helping me to get the right system for my home.
On Tuesday evening this week (19/05/26) the room thermostat became faulty and I emailed EHC about it. 8.50 on Wednesday morning John from EHC rang me and told me he would send a replacement. That arrived today, Thursday morning!
I cannot fault the service I have received from EHC, every time I have dealt with them they have been brilliant.
I highly recommend this company.
