Just received outstanding service from this company. I needed a small radiator to replace an old faulty one in my ensuite bathroom. Placed the order online on a Tuesday evening and the radiator was delivered to my door first thing the following Friday . Superbly and securely packaged . Communication from order to delivery was faultless.
The radiator has since been installed and gives off superb heat from such a relatively small object . It came with simple to follow installation instructions . although I left that to my plumber.
Would have no hesitation using this company again.

Easy to order, really pleased with price and speed of delivery. Ttiple column radiators look stunning and really throw out a lot of heat. I only wish there were more widths available.

Ordered a lovely white panel radiator for our new bathroom. Product delivered 6 weeks prior to installation in pristine packaging. When it came to installation, radiator had two substantial cosmetic marks on opposite sides. Company refused to provide new product due to time delay since order, despite their tag line stating not to book plumber until product arrives.

Email reply was disrespectful and blasé.

Wholly disappointing outcome and now faced with having to try to “paint” the area due to lack of funds to personally replace.

I found Radiator King online, their prices for what I was after were perfect. Their communication through out was great.
Delivery was quick and the radiator looks great in our dining room.

We purchased this radiator after purchasing another one for the living room. It matched the decor perfectly and now makes it difficult to not want to do the rest of the house

I measured the radiator incorrectly & needed to exchange it for one that was the correct size. Eloise at Radiator King couldn’t have been more helpful & efficient. I’d definitely recommend them to my friends.

If I could give zero I would. Straightforward order for a heated towel radiator. Once ordered I was told I would receive tracking details which I never got. APC tried to deliver and of course there was no one at home. I opted to collect from their depot. I travelled eight miles to collect. Got the radiator home. Tried to install it and there is no heating element in it. Called up Chloe at radiator king and after a few days was told I can expect delivery of the heating element today and was provided tracking details. It’s 1520hrs and the part has still not arrived so I call radiator king. I was told that I had opted to collect from the depot. I’m really annoyed to be honest as I have not. I waited in patiently all day. How disorganised are this company. Having read previous reviews before ordering I thought I was in good hands. How wrong was. I’ve sent nigh on 15 e mails to radiator king and still don’t have what I ordered. Absolute rubbish. If I could leave no stars then I would have.

Easy online ordering with prompt delivery and good communication. Radiators i ordered for our two on-suite bathrooms were of very good quality so I am hopeful they will last.

There is a fantastic selection to choose from, the ordering process was very straightforward. Once ordered, communication regarding delivery was excellent and the radiator arrived quickly and on time! The product itself is fantastic quality and a very good price! Highly recommended!!

Radiator arrived 2 days following purchase, was well wrapped and I waa updated throughout delivery.

I bought a tall single panel anthracite radiator for my dining room. I'm very happy, the radiator looks fantastic and it kicks out so much heat. I replaced an old double panel ugly looking thing and this has really transformed the room.

I ordered the radiator on the Monday after a quick phone call in which they said it'd arrive by Wednesday. Great service and great quality.

Ive been waiting weeks for my radiator to arrive. For sone unlnown reason this company cannot track there shipments and advise when a delivery will be made. I was told to leave a note on the door to tell the delivery driver where to leave the radiator if there was no answer? That was weeks ago.

Seems crazy that they cannot use a courier that can be tracked.

Really dissatisfying, especially after to to contact the company by phone and email ive only recieved generic reply.

Getting tomthe point im going to ask for a refund
