Awful staff, rude and unhelpful
I ordered a trail gator from this 'company' with free next day delivery. When the item didn't arrive the following day, or the day after I rang the number on the email, and after a short conservation, the man on the other end started to turn nasty, stating it wasn't his issue or his dept. When asked for his name, he hung up on me. I then found the number for customer services, and got nowhere once again, ending with '[name removed]' on the other end hanging up on me. Now looking at the other reviews, I can see that this is the standard of customer care you can expect from this company. Buyer beware..any problems with your item may result in a serious headache for you!

Fantastic
Wanted a particular product and searched for it on Google shopping. Did not know about discountbicycle but that they had the lowest price. Took a chance and was very satisfied.
Product came in excellent condition through dependable delivery service.

My daddy bought a trail gator bar to take me out on my bike. The next day (free delivery) he used it to take me to feed the ducks.

Good product slow service
Bought a trailgator advertised as next day delivery but had to chase them up after a week to find out where it was. Was informed it was being dispatched that day (surprise surprise!) and it arrived the next day. In total it took 8 days to deliver. The product itself was a very good price so I guess it's a trade off between cost and service.

Always reliable
I bought my bike from Discount Bicycles and now have jsut bought a new lock. The website is very user-friendly and the lock was delivered promptly and was very well-packaged. I did a fair bit of research on this item and Discount Bikes offered the best price as well.
