1st time I have used this company. Product ordered on Thursday, dispatched on Friday and arrived on Monday. Everything in order.

Ordered a cycle jacket size small in the sale and it fits perfectly and is a very good spec with waterproof zips and some other bits and pieces for my bike. Delivery was prompt (and quicker than expected) to my designated address. Can't fault the service at all on the basis of one order!

My cycle basket was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately I had choosen one that did not fit my cycle but Discount Biicycles exchanged for a sutiable one without any hassle. Great service.

Delivery and communication were second to none. Almost everything in the store is the best price I could find anywhere, but there are a few pieces, such as some tools and grease which I had better luck with elsewhere. I will be returning here for almost all my cycling needs, and certainly for all my cycle parts.

We bought a trail-gator and it was much cheaper than anywhere else. It arrived quickly and we're pleased with the product. There was a great range of products available.

Having bought numerous things online, I was beginning to think that only the Chinese could do customer service but then I bought a kids crossbar seat off discount bicycles and I was pleasantly surprised by their fast delivery and excellent customer service. I'll definitely be bookmarking them for future purchases.

I bought a silver standard bike lock, the product details were clear and easy to understand and the product was delivered very quickly. I was also sent a text informing me of the delivery date so that I would be there to collect it. All round a very pleasant shopping experience.

Paid £3.99 for a pump adaptor, which was apparently on sale down from £6.99. The product wasn’t very good quality – so I went to my local bike shop only to find a better quality adaptor for £2.50 :-(

Ordered a tail-gator at a price considerably less than I could find elsewhere. Delivered a few days later. Had to schedule a redelivery & left a note for the company which was followed to a T. All round a very pleasing experiance

Placed the order Sunday - it was processed Monday and took delivery Thursday (matching estimated delivery times exactly). Product matched description and pictures on website. Absolutely competitive price. Can't praise them enough - will definitely use again (as we now have the cycling bug!)

I bought a basket for my bike and the picture + description really helped. Discount Bicycles kept me informed all the way from the purchase to the delivery so I knew exactly when I would get it.

Fast efficient service and excellent value when compared to the High Street and their direct competition. Tyres arrived when predicted to. They were bubble wrapped and boxed in a oversize contained - overkill? - Yes. But it did display a level of care.

I would use the Company again.

things couldn't have been better. The goods were with me within 48 hours of ordering them online, and the money got only taken out of my account once they actually were in my hands and not immediately after I put the order through. Packing was safe, lots of bubblewrap around the bike lights. And the pannier is the cutest i've ever seen, so glad to have finally found a retailer for Basil bags in the UK who actually stocks quite a lot of different designs.

I received good communication and help with the product I chose. However, I was disappointed when the bike basket arrived and it was bent. It is a wire basket and was packed rather lightly, which is why it was bent because the box had taken a bad knock on the one side. When I called about this, Henry said that it would bend back, and 'that is what can happen with parcels and its wire, so bends easily'. It was not easy to bend back. Henry DID offer to replace the basket, but I decided to keep it, as returning it would be too much hassle and cost to me. Besides, I now have a wire basket that has some character!! The compass on the bike bell is useless, but again, that was so cheap to purchase that I am keeping it. Saying all this, I would purchase from them again, as they do have some items that bike shops do not have and their discounts are very good. Much cheaper than bike shops!!

Goods arrived quickly and were as described. No problems as yet!

Goods arrived in time but when they did they were incorrect and the helmet was packaged in bubble wrap badly and minus parts. I called and emailed and no one reponded. When I called to complain Henry said he was in sales and it wasnt his job but he would look at it for me. When I dared to mention that no one had come back to me in the previous 48 hours even after 2 emails and calls his response was 'SHUT UP AND LISTEN YOU ARE MOANING TOO MUCH, IM PUTTING THE PHONE DOWN ON YOU NOW' this happened twice so I have called trading standards and returned the goods..

THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.

They have some components that I could not find anywhere else, like a head coverter. Free postage and came very quickly.
