I deleted my previous poor review, as the company have been in touch and have offered to sort out the problems with assembly. Hopefully this will sort out the problems.

We bought the JD Bug balance bike for our son and for 3 days he would ask when is it coming and sure enough right on time bike arrives and made him the happiest little boy in the world. Quality of the bike is excellent and the despatch and comunication was excellent. Definately recomend 5*

Have already reccommended these guys to several people already, If you want a bike, Delivered when they say its going to be, assembled properly and at an amazing price then youd be,quite frankly " a little bit weird " if you didnt buy from discount bicycles.co.uk.

I bought a bike cover, but when i opened it and put it over my bike, the seam just fell apart leaving two separate pieces of plastic...no use at all. I emailed to tell them that i wasn't happy with the quality of the item, no response, i emailed again, and received a response saying i had to email a different email address (they could have told me this the first email, or forwarded to the right department surely?) i then re sent my complaint to the correct email, and have still to receive any reply at all.

I rang Discountbicycles up for advice on the purchase of a new gear shifter for bike. They advised me and I ordered it via the internet. It came the next day and it works fine.
